point of the team is too sprea as much of para as possible, so marowak and medicham can sweep hard.. it needs alot of improvement. please halp

Pardon me if I'm wrong, but I don't really think you need both slam and Thunder on Jirachi. You're a bit lacking in the Special department, so I suggest this moveset (Which probably isn't the best, but hey, I'm not really the best guy to take advice from):

-Thunder
-Wish
-Psychic
-Light Screen/Reflect (Probably LS)

Get someone else to get the EVs for you, though.

Also, I THINK it's better to not have both IB and TWave on Blissey. Maybe replace IB with aromatherapy, as Burn will fuck up your team a bit, especially if you make Swampy physical.

the first and foremost thing is that your team falls to any hard hitting physical attacker. jirachi is the only normal/flying resist, and if it gets hit with an earthquake youre in trouble. you also have no fighting resist; medicham is too weak to act as one. things like mence/ttar/gyara/hera/gross will walk all over you. the only "counter" to them is swampert, which will get taken down after repeated blows.

first id change to a wish jirachi; bold, max hp, and a lot of defense. wish helps sustain your physical sweepers. for your team, magneton could probably fit better over porygon2. it kills skarm, which youd otherwise have trouble with, and can still give twave support. id also recommend salamence over medicham, DD or CB would both work. mence has overall better stability and much needed resists and intimidate. between jirachi/mence/pert and wish, you should be able to handle most physical threats with good prediction. also watch out for blaziken, especially if mence is gone.

restalk swampert may help you out, especially since bliss doesnt have AT. also bliss doesnt need max spatk. 148 hp / 252 def / 108 spatk is enough. or just go 252/252/4

Put Magneton Here, Hp fire/tbolt/twave/sub so you will get rid of the skarmory/spikes badness

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam

try aromatherapy over ice beam or twave

wishing version seems more practical here...

with aromatherapy/heal bell on blissey you could just switch swampert to a rest/surf/ib/eq and as touched said, mence > medicham.
