    Surrounded by thousands of screaming Pokemon fans, the ASB Arena can be best described as a standard Pokemon battling arena. In the center of the arena lies a dirt-based floor outlined to show two separate sides (with a white Pokeball center). Surrounding the dirt is a moat filled with water. The moat is about fifteen feet wide and creates a perimeter around the dirt arena. The arena itself is eighty feet wide, one hundred feet long. All moves, weathers, and abilities are legal for the match, since it's an outdoor arena with a large water source and packed dirt. Pokemon must stay in the arena (or the dimensions of the arena in the case of Flying Pokemon, who cannot leave the arena and cannot fly higher than sixty feet). This prevents Pokemon from injuring the crowd watching the tournament. There are no outside interruptions by fans, Pokemon, or other elements not associated with the current battle.

    Justified (DW, unlocked): (Innate) This Pokemon's body reacts to dark energy, invigorating its passions. When hit by a Dark-type move, the Pokemon's attack will increase one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.

Ragnarokalex meanwhile is fresh off the bye and very keen to show that he would have earned this place in round 2 regardless.     Well this one gets confusing right off the bat as a whole bunch of Downloads and Intimidates activate and everyone's stats get messed around with. In the the confusion Blaster has covered itself in a Magic Coat that Maltia isn't even kind of aware of. Thankfully for the ghost her Hypnosis is off target anyway. Roosevelt has calmed down his might battle cry and takes the chance to zip up into the air and out of harms way, good thing too as Hacketia has an Icy Wind meant for all the opponents that the Salamence can now avoid. Can't say the same for Lafayette and Blaster though who are now both slower for the trouble. Daezara targets just the Honchkrow and its incredibly, almost unbelievably thin defences mean the Thunderbolt does some very impressive damage. At least Lafayette can respond with just about as much pain on Maltia with a Payback. Roosevelt is coming down from the sky and also has his sights set on the Gengar.. but his attack misses by the slimiest of margins. Not a great round for jas in the accuracy stakes, even if one of the crucial misses was aimed at him.

    Layfayette now moves irregularly fast and Snatches Maltia's Substitute up even before she was done making it! Hacketia takes a turn to play with electricity and breaks Honchkrow's sub as soon as he could makesteal it. Roosevelt knows what is coming and jets back up into the air to avoid a Blizzard from Daezara that hits both of the other two hard while Blaster again picks on the weakest opposition team member in Maltia with a Psychic assault. Oh and at least this time when Roosevelt comes back down his Fly attack finds its mark. That doesn't exactly reverse the fact that Jas is looking a little behind here despite the important advantage of getting to move second. Now lets see what Alex can do with the same chance.

    Yeah alright, this has been significantly longer than 24 hours so ample time has passed for me not to feel bad about this.

    Ragnarokalex is hereby disqualified in this battle and jas is confirmed the victor.

    Jas can have 3 MC for each of his mons as well as whatever the proper amount of CC for this battle is (3?).
