So what does Slowking+Tangrowth have problems against? Dark spam looks very threatening especially Sharpedo and Houndoom as they can KO both mons. That's why I added Gurdurr, which is a nice check to them and it can almost KO them with Mach Punch, as well as pressure Dark-types and Steel-types that switch in after Slowking uses Future Sight. Tangrowth has HP Fire as it can KO Esca and Abomasnow, and I ran more Speed on it to outspeed fast Abomasnow. Steelix is there to check Tyrantrum, Fletchinder, Ice spam and provide Rocks, while Flygon removes hazards and is a nice Fire-type check too. Fletchinder helps cleaning the opponent's team after its weakened by the Specs spam.

Love how the team came out, can't wait to use it :]
Edit: I also love the speed creeping because I usually go crazy with speed creep myself xD

Requesting an offensive/bulky offense team around the 666 pokemon, Vivillon. Vivillon, I feel, is a pretty underrated sweeper with Compound Eyes Sleep Powder and a powerful Hurricane combined with Quiver Dance, but it needs some support to work with Stealth Rock and threats like Fletchinder in the tier.

Vivillon @ Focus Sash / Sky Plate
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Requesting a balance team built around my "Vile Sumo Man of Doom" Core, because I don't think I'm super good at teambuilding. The idea of this core is that each of these three Pokémon check threats to eachother, and the core itself can wear down a lot of teams.

Vivillon is a nice cleaner that ravages through a weakened team. In order to weaken a team, the team is packed with three wallbreakers, in Flygon (who is also the defogger), Tyrantrum, and Absol. Mesprit is a given because it's great in offense due to having the ability to Healing Wish and Stealth Rock at the same time. The EV spread is so that a Virizion doesn't KO you after a boost and if you get a bit of prior damage. Finally, Dark-type spam looks annoying af and thus Gurdurr is here to check them. If you're wondering why 4 Atks Absol, it's because it can weaken Fairies as well as Steelix, the latter being a counter for Vivillon.

You already have half of a team so this isn't going to be big. Core mainly loses to fletchinder and durant, drudd is able to handle both of these threats, drudd however opens up a huge weakness to ice, so, stoise was added as the spiner as it's able to deal with sneasel and glalie(between yama and hound abomasnow should be somewhat handled) last slot had to be something that has a good matchup versus offense and a backup fighting check so vileplume doesn't get overwhelmed, i couldnt really choose between scarf durant or fletch, so yea, options!!
Removed sludge bomb from houndoom since fire blast is enough to handle fairies and i've also made vileplume deffensive so it can better take on scarf gon/dino or hitmonlee.

am i allowed to ask to build a team around the new drops or it's too early to do it?
(i'm wanting a sun team with venusaur and charizard)

you can, but we will probably wait a bit to let the meta adjust Mikael

Feliburn this is the case with your team, im waiting to let the meta set then ill build because fighters got neutered a bit. thanks both for requesting!

Shoutout slurmz for helping tons and tons!!!!

Gallde + Iron tail sneasel for sexy luring of the most cancer addition to this tier in recent times. Paired w tangrowth since sneasel lacks low kick and steelix coming in = a free tangrowth switch in. Weak to fletch and in need of removal so kabutops, fighting check needed as well as some sort of grass resist so sigilyph was added(not so much as a resist but it can actually beat grass types so we) last is diancie instead of steelix as we were in need of a decent fire resist other than kabutops and rocks and stuff!!!

First of all Ill to apologize once more for taking so long, funnily enough I didnt use any of the new drops in this. So decided to build 2 teams having floatzel not as the focus but as a solid supplement through baton pass providing safe switch-ins and it being the niche or excuse for use it over other offensive waters besides the fantastic speed tier.

The general overview on both teams is the same despise them both looking pretty different. "volt turn core" that can bring their partners safely, stealth rock user and fighting resist, wallbreaker, win condition and hazard remover.

In team 1 I went with special floatzel + scarf durant as my momentum duo LOL baton pass clause so, taunt floatzel to pressure more passive builds + focus blast on floatzel so it doesnt invite abomasnow and scarf durant to provide great offensive momentum forcing switches and stuff, next mesprit it being my favorite rock setter on offense so it went there by inertia. Mega abomasnow being the wallbreaker and loving the momentum the first 2 members generate. Next, fletchinder, the win condition that it is so good keeping at bay a lot of dangerous mons. Nascar fletchinder that outspeeds absol so it just doesnt press sucker punch so freely and last needed a flying resist and hazard removal cause healing wish with fletchinder is just not enough so went with kabutops which is pretty neat. No rock resist so you gotta rely on scarf durant to revenge kill tyrantrum.

Team 2 went with physical floatzel + eelektross as my momentum duo, physical with aqua jet to nail aerodactyl which is annoying, eelektross cause it worked pretty well being a really good special tank that can pivot through a lot of special attackers and helps with bulky waters, one of the safest pivots against mega steelix which is huge and loves healing wish. Mesprit cause mesprit. Went with life orb durant as my wallbreaker cause it is so strong and loves the pivoting when isnt a scarf variant, same nascar fletchinder and went with flygon this time as my hazard remover cause with no scarfer I actually needed a rock resist and hazard removal for fletchinder.

Hope you enjoy! Happy new year!

I think it would be real cool to make a team around This Venusaur set

Venusaur @ Lum/Meadow Plate/Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Speed / 252 Attack / 4 HP
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
-Swords Dance
-Knock Off
-Power Whip
-Synthesis/Earthquake/Frustration

Honestly, I am not sure if I want straight up offensive, or bulky SD, so I'll leave it up to the smarter people haha.

Thanks in advance

Scrafty + Qwilfish

Sets:
Scrafty @ Lum Berry/Lo
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

- Iron Head

Qwilfish @ Black Sludge
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Spe
Timid Nature
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Scald
- Thunder Wave

These two pair well together as Qwilfish can take fairy and fighting attacks for Scrafty as well as providing spike support to make Scrafty's sweeps easier.

I'm requesting an offensive hazard stack team around these two Thanks in Advance :D

Dugtrio @ Life Orb
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Requesting an offensive team made around Dugtrio. Dugtrio isn't the greatest thing ever, but it's still pretty cool because it can trap a lot of stuff or use Memento to support a teammate. Thanks!

With Druddigon as a good rocker which can glare you have a good pivot against certain things while Houndoom, Virizion and Durant (LO TFang ensures ko on SpDef Blastoise) are used as Wallbreaker and Winconditions. They cover the meta pretty good so you always have something that shines against the opposing team. Sharpedo acts as a late-game-cleaner and also works rly good against offense. I went with the special set because I personally like it more this meta. You can also go for HP Grass on Houndoom for the sack of priority, depends on what you like more.

Standard sun team, Scarf ttrum to check fletchinder, uxie makes it easier to setup sun as well as make venu setup easier, shiftry is there b/c web destroys HO and Zard needs to remove hazards, mixed because it makes Shifty a dangerous mixed attacker. Specs zard under sun hits really hard, (OHKOs Flygon with Fire Blast), and leipard is there to setup sun and stop setup sweepers with Encore, making easier for venu to setup.

Venusaur is weak to Flying and Psychic and so added Houndoom and Lix respectively, both also check Escavalier which is nice while Venu takes care of the water types. Sharpedo and dark spam seemed dangerous so Gurdurr's there which also acts as a nice setup sweeper, and a check to Mega Abomasnow. Added TR Colbur Slowking because I was kinda weak to offense builds and so it can check them p.fine, as well as Special Flygon which seemed to be threatening. Manectric is the pivot that can give momentum and u can swap between HP Ice and Grass to check threats accordingly. Play carefully around Mega Abomasnow and ur fine.
