After reading the posts here from tehy and Darkamber8828, I have added fixes.

It turns out Magic Coat is in fact illegal with Sticky Web, so remove that from the slash for the fourth move. Don't mention Magic Coat in Other Options since you have to forgo Sticky Web in order to be able to use it, and that defeats the whole purpose of running Sewaddle in the first place. Slash HP Fire by HP Ice if you want to be able to hit Steels; HP Fire is boosted by the Sun that Chlorophyll already benefits from anyway.

If Gligar ends up getting banned, HP Fire should probably be the first slash.
All added.

Also i might need this to be looked over again. I just decided to not put Bug Buzz, but i'll add it on OO since it's STAB and it does hit a few things harder, but meh better off with what it has to get it's own job done.

I don't think HP Ice even deserves a slash anymore, since the flying scorpion is no longer with us. There's Energy Ball for the Ground-types, and HP Fire for the Grass-types. The only things HP Ice is hitting harder are Dragons and Flying-types. Sewaddle doesn't have any business staying in on the likes of Krow and Vullaby, since they take a pittance from HP Ice and can OHKO Sewaddle in return or get rid of the web with Defog. The only Flying type Sewaddle can comfortably take on is Natu (which itself is pretty uncommon), but even then:

40 SpA Sewaddle Hidden Power Ice vs. 116 HP / 76 SpD Eviolite Natu: 6-8 (27.2 - 36.3%) -- 1.1% chance to 3HKO

even with Light Clay...

40 SpA Sewaddle Hidden Power Ice vs. 116 HP / 76 SpD Natu: 10-12 (45.4 - 54.5%) -- 12.1% chance to 2HKO

So even if Natu gets hit by HP Ice on the switch in, it'll still get its screen(s) up. I realize Pursuit users/Dark-types do give Natu trouble, but if you're predicting the Natu switch-in in the first place, you might as well just switch to your Pursuit user right off the bat. HP Fire is overall much better since it can 2HKO Ferro, and can be boosted by sun. Correct me if I'm missing something with HP Ice, but I think its mostly Other Options material.

EDIT: and sorry if I'm a little late in saying this...

All in all this little bug might Sewaddle does not see much usage due to the increasing popularity in of Spinarak and Surskit. It's six weaknesses,(RC) and middling speed makes it hard for Sewaddle to come in and set up Sticky Web. However Sewaddle has does have some boons over its competition,(AC) namely in defensive prowess, which the other two fall short, Grass typing's new an immunity to powder moves, and the crux of it's usage,(RC) Sticky Web. (I'm not sure if you should mention this last part in the sentence, as both Spinarak and Surskit have Sticky Web.)

Moves
========

Sticky Web starts off this set gives your team an advantage by slowing down lowering the Speed of the grounded opponents opponent's grounded Pokemon by one stage. This allows for an easier sweep makes it easier for slower, powerful Pokemon to sweep. Energy Ball is the Sewaddle's Pprimary STAB option attack. Hidden Power Fire is used to hit enemy Steels-types such as Ferroseed who which might come switch in to ruin your prevent Sewaddle from setting up Sticky Web,(RC) and it is further powered up by the Ssun. Hidden Power Ice could be an option to also hit Ground- and / Grass-types. Flying types aren'(AP)t affected by Sticky Web so you wont be hitting them Sewaddle should not stay in on them. (There needs to be a description for Air Slash that explains what it does)

Set Details
========

The combination of EVs given EV spread allows for multiple switches into Stealth Rock Sewaddle to switch into Stealth Rock multiple times,(AC) while with maintaining its bulk. Bold is used to take better physical hits much better. Chlorophyll is used the primary ability,(AC) as since Overcoat is quite redundant with the Sewaddle's new immunity to powder moves. Sewaddle isn'(AP)t going to really be used on Sand teams either. Swarm is also slightly bad a mediocre ability,(AC) as since we Sewaddle want enjoys a greater amount of longevity to setup Sticky Web and to hit hard with our its moves now while we it have has the chance.

Usage Tips
========

Set up Sticky Web when you can. Coming in on Water-,(AC) / Fighting-,(AC) and / Ground-type moves to sap up the resisted hits is usually the best way to go. Natu is the only Pokemon with Magic Bouncer in the tier, obviously our making it Sewaddle's worst nightmare. A good thing that is hit supereffectively by Hidden Power Ice. Any non-Eviolite Natu will have to either set(space)up Reflect and Light ScreensScreens or use Roost and or it must risk being trapped by a friendly Dark-type Pokemon with Knock Off /or Pursuit. Sewaddle is also the only Sticky Web use who doesn'(AP)t have to rely on Focus Sash,(AC) as since it has the defenses to take a few non-super effective hits. Unless they are Fire or Flying of course.

Team Options
========

Vulpix is partner number one Sewaddle's best partner. Although Despite sun aggravatinges his Sewaddle's fFire weakness though, but it doubles it's sSpeed (Some benefits of the boosted Speed might be helpful). Pokemon resistant to Fire- and Flying-type moves are the next best things also great partners. Steel-types like such as Pawniard,(RC) and Magnemite,(AC) as well as and Water-types,(AC) like including Slowpoke and Mantyke,(AC) can absorb switch into these hits moves,(AC) while Sewaddle can take those Electric-,(RC) and Ground-type attacks in return aimed at them. Rock-types like such as Archen and Tyrunt also x4 resist Fire- and Flying-type attacks moves,(AC) so they as well make making them excellent defensive partners. Also do not forget sSlower Pokemon who that can utilize Sticky Web to sweep are also excellent partners. Once again Pawniard, and even Meinfoo, Meditite, and Timburr make are good offensive teammates. Offensive Ssun partners who that appreciate some slow down are Sticky Web support include Solar Power Charmander and Helioptile. Getting a free Choice Specs boost and move freedom is a massive boon.

Other Options
########

A Ggimmicky Life Orb Chlorophyll set consisting of SolarBeam(space)/(space)Hidden Power Ice(space)/(space)Bug Buzz(space)/(space)Air Slash is a choice viable option. You Sewaddle can even use Calm Mind to boost it's tankibility increase its longetivity. Sewaddle also has a useful good support move in Sunny Day,(AC) which helps his/her fellow Chlorophyll Pokemon speed up can aide Chlorophyll users. It's also notable that Sewaddle has access to Agility, Iron Defense, Calm Mind and Baton Pass as well. It can use these moves to pass multiple boosts to it's a teammated, aiding in a full Baton Pass chain with Torchic. Bug Buzz is another STAB option,(AC) but it does not hit many Pokemon for super effective damage,(AC) apart from there's not a lot it will hit.(AP) Mostly Purrloin and Psychic-types you outspeed while in Sun. Lastly, Sewaddle gets Magic Coat,(AC) but it's illegal legality issues with Sticky Web makes it a mediocre option in most scenariosand the only real reason to run Sewaddle is for Sticky Web.

Checks & Counters
########

**Multiple Weaknesses Pokemon with Super Effective moves**:Sewaddle has six weaknesses.(AP),(AC) Aall of which are slightly common attacking types too. Even with Sewaddle's semi-high defenses, there is no taking an unSTABed Fire or Flying move it cannot withstand even the weakest of Flying- and Fire-type moves.

**Stealth Rock and Status**:Sewaddle hates dislikes Stealth Rock, as it strips a quarter of it's health away,(RC).(AP) and It is also not fond of status.

**Taunt / Defog**: Defog and Taunt are two moves that makes Sewaddle semi-useless and set(Remove Space)up bait,(AC) respectively. There is no retaliation unless you are Sewaddle cannot retaliate against any common Defog and Taunt users apart from Purrloin,(AC) as.(RP) Since Bug Buzz will maim Purrlion you.

**Specially Bulky Pokemon** It's also notable that any Pokemon with great special bulk can wall Sewaddle the set and set up. Misdreavus and Munchlax is are able to tank anything Sewaddle has and set up their sweeps (This last part makes no sense). Spritzee can also come in on this set and set up Wishes and offensive boosts Sewaddle,(AC) heal off any damage taken,(AC) and set up multiple Calm Minds.

Overview

Sewaddle does not see much usage due to the increasing popularity existence (Sticky Web itself is not super popular or increasingly popular) of Spinarak and Surskit. It's Its six weaknesses and it's middling speed makes Speed make it hard for Sewaddle to come in and set up. However,(AC) Sewaddle does have some boons over it's competition, namely in defensive prowess, and as well as a new immunity to powder powder-based moves.

move 4: Air Slash

Moves
========

Sticky Web gives your team the advantage by lowering the speed Speed of the opponent's grounded Pokemon by one stage. This makes it easier for slower, powerful Pokemon to sweep. Energy Ball is Sewaddle's primary (it's the only one on the set) obligatory STAB attack. Hidden Power Fire is used to hit enemy Steel-types,(AC) such as Ferroseed,(AC) which might switch in to prevent Sewaddle from setting up Sticky Web (there are no Steel-types that prevent Sticky Web from being set up upon switching in) and it is further powered up by the sun if it is present. Hidden Power Rock could be an is an alternative option to also hit Flying- and Fire-types on the switch-in, nailing Larvesta especially hard. Flying types aren't affected by Sticky Web so Sewaddle should not stay in on them. (this belongs in Usage Tips, not Moves ^_^) Air Slash is to hit opposing Fighting-type Pokemon with,(AC) and it also will attack hits opposing Grass-types for decent damage as well.

Set Details
========

The given combination of EVs allow for allows Sewaddle to switch into Stealth Rock multiple times with while maintaining it's bulk,(AC) and a Bold nature is used to take physical hits better. Chlorophyll is the primary ability, as Overcoat is quite redundant with Sewaddle's new immunity to powder moves,(AC) and Sewaddle isn't really going to be particularly ideal on Sand sand teams either. Swarm is also a mediocre ability, as Sewaddle enjoys a greater amount more longevity to setup set up Sticky Web and hit hard with it's moves now possibly get a few attacks off while it has the chance,(AC) and this set doesn't have a Bug-type attack for Swarm to boost anyway.

Usage Tips
========

Set up Sticky Web when you can;(add semicolon) Sewaddle has completed its primary job if this is done. Using Sewaddle as a lead to accomplish this or Coming coming in on Water-, Fighting-, Ground-, (AC) or Electric-type moves is usually the best way to go. Natu is the only Magic Bouncer in the tier, making it Sewaddle's worst nightmare (this should be moved to Checks & Counters). Any non-Eviolite Natu will have to set up Reflect and Light Screens or use Roost and or it must risk being trapped by a Dark-Pokemon with Knock Off or Pursuit (this would go in Team Options, not Usage Tips). Sewaddle is also the only Sticky Web use who user that doesn't have to rely on Focus Sash since it has the defenses to take a few non-super effective hits, (AC) and Eviolite helps it considerably in this regard.

Team Options
========

Vulpix is Sewaddle's best partner. Despite sun aggravating Sewaddle's Fire weakness, it doubles it's speed its Speed. Pokemon resistant to Fire-,(RC) and Flying-type moves are also great partners. Steel-types such as Pawniard and Magnemite as well as Water-types including Slowpoke and Mantyke can switch into these moves, while Sewaddle can take Electric- and Ground-type attacks aimed at them in return. Rock-types such as Archen and Tyrunt also x4 resist Fire and Flying moves,(AC) and so they as well make excellent defensive partners as well. Also,(AC) do not forget bear in mind that slower Pokemon who can utilize Sticky Web to sweep. Once again Pokemon like Pawniard, (RC) and Fighting-types such as even Meinfoo Mienfoo,(RC) Meditite,(RC) (Meditite is banned) and Timburr make good offensive teammates that appreciate the Speed advantage provided by Sticky Web. Offensive Sun sun partners who that appreciate some slow down slow-down are Solar Power Charmander and Helioptile. Getting a free Choice Specs boost and move freedom is a massive boon.

Other Options
======== (<-- needs this here)

A gimmicky Life Orb Chlorophyll set consisting of SolarBeam / Hidden Power Fire / Bug Buzz / Air Slash is a choice,(AC) but is gimmicky. You can even use Calm Mind to increase it's longevity Calm Mind is an option for boosting power and special bulk. Sewaddle has a useful support move in Sunny Day, which can aide Chlorophyll Pokemon speed up it can use to double its Speed as well as that of other teammates with the Chlorophyll ability. It's also notable that Sewaddle has access to Agility, Iron Defense, Calm Mind and Baton Pass as well,(AC) as it It can use these moves to pass multiple boosts to a teammate,(RC) aiding in a full Baton Pass chain with Torchic. Bug Buzz is a secondary STAB option, but it doesnt doesn't hit very many Pokemon for supereffective super effective damage,(RC) apart from Purrloin and Psychic-types. Lastly, Sewaddle gets Magic Coat to deflect status moves, but it's legality issues its incompatibility with Sticky Web makes it a mediocre poor option in most senarios scenarios.

Checks & Counters
======== (<-- needs this here)

**Pokemon with Supereffective Moves super effective moves**:Sewaddle has six weaknesses, all of which are relatively common attacking types too. Even with Sewaddle's semi high decent defenses, it cannot withstand even the weakest of Fire-,(RC) and Flying-type moves.

**Stealth Rock and Status status**:Sewaddle dislikes Stealth Rock, as it strips a quarter of it's health away each time it enters battle. It is also not fond of status.

**Taunt / Defog**: Defog and Taunt are two moves that makes make Sewaddle semi-(add hyphen)useless and or render it setup bait. Sewaddle usually cannot retaliate against Taunters and Defoggers do much against users of these moves. unless it is Purrloin who is maimed by Bug Buzz (Bug Buzz is not on the set)

**Specially Bulky bulky Pokemon** It's also notable that any Pokemon with great special bulk can wall Sewaddle. Munchlax and Misdreavus are able to tank everything Sewaddle has. Spritzee can come in on Sewaddle,(RC) and heal off any damage taken and setup set up multiple Calm Minds Mind boosts.(add period)
