I'm currently using the Masuda Method to get a shiny Poochyena. I have the Shiny Charm. This will be the first attempt at it with the Shiny Charm - last year I bred over 2000 Eevees using the Masuda Method in search of a shiny, but got none. Though, yeah, that was without the Charm.
I'm at only 90 eggs thus far, and no shiny. I don't have a set goal since I'm going to keep at it until I get a shiny. (Hopefully it'll be male, though - the reason why I'm doing this is because I already got a female one from my Platinum game when I'm trying to recreate my first Pokémon team ever which happened to have a shiny male Mightyena. I'm hopeless.)

After 850 eggs, I went to breed a JPN Sceptile x SPA Treecko, with no shiny obtained.
I am now hunting for a shiny Moonball froakie, hopefully with Protean.
So now I am at 1050 eggs, to be exact.
