What is the bug?
When selecting "Aura Sphere" on a Shiny Jirachi, SD doesn't validate the team/allow laddering because it thinks Aura Sphere is HP Fighting

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, by giving Shiny Jirachi aura sphere and trying to validate team/join OU ladder match.

DaWoblefet edit: Definitely a bug. Aura Sphere is a TM move in SV, this shouldn't have any weird IV restrictions.

Aura Sphere is irrelevant, this happens for any shiny Jirachi in Gen 9 OU. Meanwhile in Gen 9 NatDex it does validate but the only Hidden Power you can give Jirachi is... HP Fighting!
Note that if you switch to Gen 7, set the hidden power in the teambuilder, validate that, then manually run /vtm gen9ou, that will validate. (But of course you can't battle like that.)
