Should Dusclops be UU?

Dusknoir is great, everyone knows that, and Dusclops got a not insignificant amount of play in the previous generation. And today, he still gets a decent amount of play in UU and NU. As a thread I previously started demonstrates, he's one of the NFE 'mons who remains viable. But is he more than just viable? In NU, his stats are more than adequate.

So does anyone else thinks that Duscy should be officially classified as UU? Granted, his strategies would be pretty much identical to Noir, so a full writeup would be redundant. But still.

A Pokemon's distinction between UU / NU isn't subjective. The UU / NU distinction is done by taking the UU ladder statistics and applying the OU algorithm. Anything that doesn't fit the OU cut, is put in NU (for now). We might work out something later to make NU a bit more balanced, but that's down the road.

I don't see what there is to discuss since this is a case of just applying a formula.
