Any poké that is transferred with the pentagon that signifies Kalos native is a hack. Only those that are caught or hatched in Kalos can get a legit pentagon

No. since defog is HM in gen4 and you can't transfer them back from gen5 to gen 4.

No. since defog is HM in gen4 and you can't transfer them back from gen5 to gen 4.

this is actually not entirely true. you can teach defog in DPP, trade to soul silver, then transfer to BW2 without losing defog, since it is not an HM in HGSS
