Hmm... Well I'm sorry to say this but I don't think I can help you. :( Every time I try to clone my first slot with the Master Ball, putting it back into my 3DS says the data's corrupted. I've done this twice with the same results and trying to do it again several times it says it's failed in Powersaves. I dunno what's up, Powersaves doesn't seem to like item cloning right now.
Sorry about that, I don't want to keep trying though as I don't want to risk permanently corrupting my save.

If you click "Legality Analysis" on Pokémon it'll give you a quick summary as to whether it's (most likely) a hack.
