Is there a way to check the IVs of an egg before its hatched?
Yes, there are ways. You can either save before the egg hatches then hatch it, check IVs, and soft reset if you want it inside the egg, or you can use KeySAV to check the IVs of multiple eggs.
Yeah save before the eggs hatch then check the IV's then don't save turn it off and then you get your egg.

Hey, guys and gals. Thanks to my breeding luck finally giving me a break, I now have a replacement for my previous Klefki parent. I no longer need the extra, so I'd like to trade it for something similar, with at the very least 4 egg moves - seeing as Switcheroo is a very long egg chain. I also have two old, old Lucario breeding parents I'd also like to find good homes for. All three 'mons are at level 100 and have their egg moves as their current moves. I'm not expecting anything too good for the Lucario[s], but I'd like to trade both as a pair. I feel that they are too good for Wonder Trade, and anything with at least 2 egg moves seems fair. Flash Fire is not like Storm Drain or Lightningrod. It does not "draw" in any fire attacks, and only works when it is hit by one (either by being targeted, or spread moves {like heat wave}- I think...)
Ppff no. It's Lax nature. If you want a competitive shiny you might as well look for a bred one. This one was just one I found while EV training.
