I'd say toss, because you only got the standard 3 IVs for a legendary pokemon, and for Jolly youre gonna want a 31 in Atk

What Pokemon would be ideal to have people deposit on the GTS if I wanted to do a giveaway?
Some easy to replace mon like wurmple or fletchling, depends on what you give away, really.
I usually go for Flabebe in XY, I haven't tried one from ORAS but I'd probably go for Shroomish or Slakoth. Very early-route mons tend to get buried (in my experience, it's almost impossible to find Wurmples unless you're quick), the slightly later ones are still too common to get sniped most of the time but the GTS doesn't get flooded with them as much. And they're the easy ones to get, of course.

The Pokemon Global Link website. When you log in, it displays your PSS icon, and you can save it.
You don't actually have to save these icons, because you can just copy their links on the GL website so that they update automatically, in your signature or wherever you want to use them, if you change them ingame.
I'd say Baltoy.It is at the top of the listing for B, so it's easy for you.
Diglet I think works, or Wingull is a classic
