Assuming this set is for BSS. Pikachu is not good in a set even though it has its own personal item. Pikachu has a 35 HP stat which isn't good at all when every monster in the game is your enemy. When using Volt Tackle/Double-Edge, you will have recoil damage which is already bad and having 90 base speed
is isn't enough to outspeed or even speed tie dangerous opponents. Even you outspeed some pokemon, their either tanky with high offensive presence or just slow for trick room. It is better to ask questions like this to the bss question and answer thread, as they have better knowledge than me.

It is critically outclassed by Tapu Koko.
Also, Tapu Koko is very popular which means Tapu Koko checks and counters are very popular... which means checks and counters for that Pikachu are very popular.

Just compare the damage output on a neutral Mew punching bag.

Assuming your EV spread is for cart battles, which are mostly played at level 50, your EV spread is wasting points.

8 EVs = 1 stat point at level 50 (most of the time).

I have those 2, both in a Dream Ball. The Igglybuff has Competitive (breeding HA is possible but will take longer) as her ability. I can really use a Tirtouga (any ability but HA preferred in case you have one but forgot to list that) and Jolly Jangmo-O (it's HA) for breeding purposes.

ah, i see. only reason i used pikachu is because i wasted my one shot with tapu koko not thinking about how i could possibly use it. and pikachu gives about the same power output (stress on about) with that item, as well as i can't exactly trade for it considering i'm not exactly a shiny hunter comparing with the availability of pikachu.

Those Tapu Koko calcs are with a completely uninvested Tapu Koko holding a Life Orb.
Add EVs and Tapu Koko's damage output would become significantly higher than Pikachu's.

Tapu Koko also has one of the best Speed stats in all the metagames you'd see it in.
Pikachu can't even outspeed Garchomp, something you will encounter constantly when playing on cart. The same goes for Mega Charizard Y.

Yea, i had done a little research after writing that and learned that there's a few reasons on why i see it more often than Garchomp to an extent, however the main thing i would worry over when using that is team composition. I generally run bulky offense and electric as well as fire generally don't have great options (which is why i was thinking about throwing a pivot in or something that can patch up the coverage.) however i'm sure fire wouldn't be too useful with a metagame chock-full of things resistant to it. As well as the recoil damage from the good coverage options on Tapu Koko would be an issue in the long run if the team i face is more defensively oriented.

Hey guys,

I'm currently programming a Smogon Trade Formatter where you set a format, input necessary information like moves and transform them in your wanted format.
It transforms the moves in english language and does other things automitcally. I don't know if some people will find this usefull. However, since I wanted to program something for myself this is my current project.

I also want that the pictures are automatically added. However, since I don't have a server I need a reliable website with all sprites.

So is there are website with all sprites which is mostly never down?
