You should use Hyrdo Pump over Dragon Pulse, as it gives you opportunities to use a stronger and more brutal attack, besides Dragon Pulse does not even KO a lot of Dragon types which, so why bother with it? Just use Draco Meteor then switch! Well, not much to criticize on here, except why did you change you Calm Mind Manaphy? Tail Glow Manaphy is way more extraordinarily tougher, I do not see the reason why. Pokemon like Jolteon, Zapdos and other fast electrics (I forgot the name of that Electric/Flying type, the new one) can still come in and do terrifying damage with Thunder or Thunderbolt. Even after 1 single Calm Mind the damage it can receive is still enourmous.

Replace jolteon with manectric you lose some speed for much much more power. Manectric has more speed and more power than zapdos after lightining rod boosts its special attack. When you switch into an electric attack it can sweep whole teams with its stab thunder,volt change and your coverage moves. Manectric also looks cooler than jolteon or zapdos
