[OVERVIEW]
Reuniclus is an excellent Calm Mind user in SM CAP that is capable of taking advantage of prominent passive Pokemon like Toxapex, Celesteela, and Ferrothorn. Thanks to Magic Guard, it is invulnerable to passive damage, making it an incredibly potent sweeper against more passive teams when paired with Spikes. Reuniclus also has a legitimate defensive use as well, as it is one of the few good checks to some very threatening and prominent wallbreakers such as Mega Medicham and Knock Off Mega Alakazam. There is one major downside to Reuniclus: its Speed tier. Because it is so slow, it has to take major hits before moving and can be forced into having to click Recover a lot, which can put it into some very awkward positions.

Moves
========
Psyshock is Reuniclus's preferred STAB move because it gives Reuniclus the upper hand against other Calm Mind users like Mega Latias and opposing Reuniclus. Focus Blast lets Reuniclus pressure Dark-types such as Weavile and Mega Tyranitar as well as Steel-types like Excadrill and Levitate Equilibra. If you do not value beating other Calm Mind users with Reuniclus, Psychic is a viable option; it is most helpful for dealing with physically bulky Pokemon like Swords Dance Gliscor. Psychic should be run with Life Orb so that Reuniclus can still beat Chansey. At the cost of losing its ability to pressure Dark-types such as Weavile and Mega Tyranitar without entry hazards, Shadow Ball can be run instead of Focus Blast to immediately pressure Psychic-types like Tapu Lele and Mega Alakazam while still hitting Steel-types neutrally. Energy Ball may also be used over Focus Blast to hit Mega Swampert while still doing considerable damage to Mega Tyranitar.

Colbur Berry helps Reuniclus deal with prominent Dark-types such as Weavile and Mega Tyranitar. Life Orb is a viable option that can be used for a more immediate offensive presence if dealing with Dark-types is not necessary. The extra damage output makes a difference in the Calm Mind war against Mega Latias and potentially opposing Reuniclus. 44 Speed EVs allow Reuniclus to outspeed Toxapex, which can otherwise beat it with Haze and its incredible bulk. The rest of the EVs are dumped into Defense to check Mega Medicham and Mega Lopunny. It is also useful for some other moves like Earthquake from defensive Landorus-T and various weak U-turns.
Usage Tips
========
It is imperative that you play a smart and patient game with Reuniclus. Be absolutely sure to wear down or remove Pokemon like Mega Mawile, Mega Scizor, and Pajantom before attempting to sweep with Reuniclus. You should focus on setting up entry hazards to achieve this early-game. While doing this, it is important to be mindful of Reuniclus's HP because it may have difficulty checking Pokemon like Mega Medicham while tanking weaker physical attacks such as defensive Landorus-T's Earthquake. If given the opportunity, it is wise to try and KO Dark-types such as Weavile and Mega Tyranitar with Focus Blast if Colbur Berry is intact. Removing these Pokemon make sweeping with Reuniclus much easier and more comfortable. Try to use passive Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Toxapex, and Celesteela as setup bait. These Pokemon cannot do much to it and present the perfect opportunity to start setting up and overwhelming the opposition.
Team Options
========
Pursuit trappers such as Mega Tyranitar and Weavile are the most popular teammates for Reuniclus because they are capable of weakening or outright removing Psychic-types like Mega Latias, Hoopa-U, and opposing Reuniclus from the game, making it much easier for Reuniclus to sweep. Spikers like Ferrothorn and Arghonaut are also powerful teammates for Reuniclus, as Spikes help wear down foes quickly, putting Reuniclus into a winning position faster. Magnezone is a valuable teammate to trap and KO Mega Scizor, which is oftentimes the only stopgap to Reuniclus for bulky offense teams.

Other Options
=============
Signal Beam is a viable option together with Colbur Berry because it beats Hoopa-U while still hitting other Dark-types like Weavile and Mega Tyranitar for respectable damage. It is, however, a much worse option because the difference in damage is very notable, especially for only hitting one additional target. Psychium Z may be used to give Reuniclus a strong nuke while limiting the damage Reuniclus takes from strong Knock Off users like Weavile. However, with how highly contested Z-Moves are in SM CAP, it is oftentimes undesirable.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Mega Scizor**: Mega Scizor is considered one of the best checks to Reuniclus. It is not weak to Focus Blast and it is resistant to Psyshock, and it is consistently able to stay healthy and force out Reuniclus thanks to Roost and Swords Dance in combination with U-turn.
**Dark-types**: Although Reuniclus very typically runs Colbur Berry, weaker Knock Off users like Tornadus-T can get rid of it. If its Colbur Berry has been consumed, Dark-types like Mega Tyranitar, Weavile, Hoopa-U, and Ash-Greninja are very solid checks to Reuniclus. Mega Sableye completely walls the combination of Psyshock and Focus Blast, but will lose to various coverage moves due to the disappointing damage it does back to Reuniclus.
**Strong Wallbreakers**: Because of how slow Reuniclus plays, Reuniclus is generally prone to being overwhelmed by strong wallbreakers like Mega Mawile and Kyurem-B. Kyurem-B is so strong that it can outright OHKO Reuniclus with its STAB Subzero Slammer.
