Bronzong @ Leftovers

Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball

Holy shit that thing's strong, really need to use it more. Anyway, physically defensive Bronzong get 3HKOed by Tyrantrum's attacks and can 2HKO in return with Gyro Ball. It can try to recover some hp back with Protect prevent a guaranteed 3HKO vs Head Smash I guess.

0 Atk Bronzong Gyro Ball (95 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Tyrantrum: 162-192 (52.9 - 62.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Tyrantrum Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Bronzong: 124-147 (36.6 - 43.4%) -- 99.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

With Mantine gone (you will be missed Q_Q), special Sharpedo became slightly more viable. Obviously, Sharpedo cannot switch in to Tyrantrum but it can come in safely and OHKO Tyrantrum with Ice Beam.

252+ SpA Life Orb Sharpedo Ice Beam vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Tyrantrum: 346-408 (113 - 133.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature

- Sludge Wave

Can take one Head Smash from Tyrantrum (not very well, mind you), but Nidoqueen outspeeds and OHKOes Tyrantrum, so it's a check. Can't take any attacks well but revenge kills easily.
252+ Atk Choice Band Tyrantrum Head Smash vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Nidoqueen: 216-254 (67.2 - 79.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Earth Power vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Tyrantrum: 580-686 (189.5 - 224.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Thanks for the submissions

Checks
askov's Doublade
Can't take Earthquakes but can even take the most spammable move (Head Smash)

Mylo Xyloto's Bronzong
"hysically defensive Bronzong get 3HKOed by Tyrantrum's attacks and can 2HKO in return with Gyro Ball. It can try to recover some hp back with Protect prevent a guaranteed 3HKO vs Head Smash."

HypnoEmpire's Nidoqueen
Can switch in Head Smash (not really well) or Earthquake and KO in return with an Earth Power.

Honorable Mention:
MrAldo's Specs Gardevoir
"Immune to Outrage, and we make big boy plays around here and switch Garde straight into Superpower. It dies to Earthquake after rocks and easily dies to Head Smash but dont worry, most of the tier do as well... Moonblast KOes tyrantrum."

Its not possible to counter Tyrantrum, let's have something that's easier to stop, but still very powerful tho, as the next Victim of the Week:
Life Orb Nidoqueen

Nidoqueen (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
Well back Nidoqueen, the meta changed since UU took it but it came back and its still awesome, no Mantine makes Queen free to forego Thunderbolt (although Tbolt helps against some Mons still). I know Queen will almost always run Rock but it can as well choose either Sludge Wave or Focus Blast (or even different moves thanks to its coverage) and to prevent slashes while keeping SR (which is great on Queen but won't matter in a Victim of the Week) I decided to put an AoA set.

Slowking as a counter

Slowking @ Assault Vest

EVs: 248 HP / 176 SpA / 84 SpD
Modest Nature

Self explanatory, eats all hits w/ ease and 2hkos w/ scald.

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 248 HP / 84 SpD Assault Vest Slowking: 114-136 (29 - 34.6%) -- 6% chance to 3HKO
168+ SpA Slowking Scald vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Nidoqueen: 254-302 (79.1 - 94%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Bronzong can enter on Nidoqueen(it's immune to it's 2 stabs and resists Ice Beam) and it can set up Stealth Rock or just use Gyro Ball to get a 3HKO. Also Focus Blast has a 3.4% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Foul Play
- Heal Bell

Umbreon can switch into Nidoqueen and eventually win 1v1, although it can be slightly pressured if there are too many hazards on the field or if it's not at 70%+ health, which shouldn't be happening if the other team has Nidoqueen and Umbreon is your main answer for it. with wish and protect it can handle it effectively and 4HKO in return with Foul Play.

0- Atk Umbreon Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Nidoqueen: 84-99 (26.1 - 30.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Umbreon: 121-144 (30.7 - 36.5%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Pretty much any Meloetta set works, but I'm a pretty big fan of this one in particular. Meloetta can take any attack from Nidoqueen while Meloetta outspeeds and OHKOes Nidoqueen with Psychic. Can even set up a couple Calm Minds on Nidoqueen. Revenge kills easily and can switch in safely, which makes Meloetta a counter.
252 SpA Meloetta Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Nidoqueen: 332-392 (103.4 - 122.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Meloetta: 164-192 (48 - 56.3%) -- 88.3% chance to 2HKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. +1 0 HP / 0 SpD Meloetta: 109-129 (31.9 - 37.8%) -- 88.5% chance to 3HKO

avocado The Nidoqueen set has Focus Blast so Umbreon doesn't really counter :/

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake

- Iron Tail

Flygon's an easy choice for a Check here, as it outspeeds Nidoqueen and OHKOes it with Earthquake. While it cant safely switch in with the threat of Ice Beam on Queen, it can switch in on a predicted Sludge Wave/EPower if you're ballsy enough since Flygon does resist/is immune to the move.

252+ Atk Flygon Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Nidoqueen: 338-398 (105.2 - 123.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Necrozma as a counter

Necrozma @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 24 SpD / 232 Spe
Calm Nature
- Stored Power
- Calm Mind
- Moonlight
- Rock Polish / Iron Defense

Stored Power Necrozma is a decent pick against Nidoqueen, as it can tank any hit from Nidoqueen on the switch, and proceed to set up against it. The 232 Speed investment allows Necrozma to outspeed Nidoqueen, while a Calm nature almost ensures Necrozma can't get 2HKO after a switch into Calm Mind (Bold Nature can work as well, but there is a nonzero chance that Sludge Wave can 2HKO Bold Necrozma with two high rolls, especially with SR in play.) Necrozma after setting up a Calm Minds + any other boost can then OHKO Nidoqueen.

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. +1 252 HP / 0 SpD Necrozma: 148-175 (37.1 - 43.9%) -- 99.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

+1 0 SpA Necrozma Stored Power (100 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Nidoqueen: 452-534 (140.8 - 166.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

An offensive Necrozma set could also be used as a counter, although I can't really vouch for its viability. Max SpA investment allows it to OHKO Nidoqueen with Psychic, and even without any HP or SpD investment, Necrozma still tanks any hit on the switch.

Sorry for updating that late again but here we go for the 22th week, the winners are:
Checks:
Umbreon (avocado)
Focus Blast might 2HKO so you have to be careful, will always 1v1 Queen thanks to Wish and Focus Blast's low PP (Avocado fyi not counter cuz Focus).

Meloetta (HypnoEmpire)
"Meloetta can take any attack from Nidoqueen while Meloetta outspeeds and OHKOes Nidoqueen with Psychic. Can even set up a couple Calm Minds on Nidoqueen." (HypnoEmpire fyi not a counter cuz u only switch in once

Flygon (Cheryl.)
"Outspeeds Nidoqueen and OHKOes it with Earthquake. While it can not safely switch in with the threat of Ice Beam on Queen, it can switch in on a predicted Sludge Wave/EPower if you're since Flygon does resist/is immune to the move, respectively."

Counters:
Cresselia (askov)
Cresselia can easily tank Nidoqueen attacks while it's able to 2HKO Queen back with Psychic. It has access to Moonlight, which let it stay healthy for a long time in the match.

Slowking (Espeonage.)
2HKOes with Scald or can use Future Sight to threaten the opposing team and Queen can't beat it.

Bronzong (The Bill Cipher)
Queen doesn't do enough thanks to Levitate and it can 3HKO with Gyro Ball.

And about
Necrozma (Patron Turtle), it is unranked in the Viability Rankings and therefore I didn't choose it, but I'm giving it a mention just because it works very well against Nidoqueen

And the next Victim of the Week is:

Swords Dance Decidueye
Decidueye @ Grassium Z
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Leaf Blade
- Spirit Shackle

With a nearly unresisted STAB coverage, Decidueye can be very threatening after a Swords Dance. Substitute allows it to beat things that rely on status moves to do damage and SD + STABs do all the rest.

- Aqua Tail

Drapion can come on Decidueye and SD + Knock off to beat Decidueye. It's a bit shaky check because +2 Bloom Doom can KO it after rocks, but even if rocks it's a roll.

+2 252 Atk Decidueye Bloom Doom (175 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Drapion: 229-270 (81.4 - 96%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Noivern as a check

Noivern @ Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Hurricane
- Flamethrower
- Roost

Noivern hits through Decid's sub and easily ohkos with hurricane (or flamethrower after some spikes) and switches in on any move easily aside from a +2 spirit shackle. It also doesn't have to take 2 spirit shackles due to its insane speed, easily outstripping the owl. Calcs:

252 Atk Decidueye Spirit Shackle vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Noivern: 138-163 (44.3 - 52.4%) -- 18.4% chance to 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Decidueye Spirit Shackle vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Noivern: 274-324 (88.1 - 104.1%) -- 25% chance to OHKO
+2 252 Atk Decidueye Bloom Doom (175 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Noivern: 150-176 (48.2 - 56.5%) -- 89.1% chance to 2HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Noivern Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Decidueye: 208-247 (70 - 83.1%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and 1 layer of Spikes
252 SpA Life Orb Noivern Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Decidueye: 382-452 (128.6 - 152.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Honchkrow as a check
430.gif

Honchkrow @ Flyinium Z / Darkinium Z
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Superpower

Can take any attack from unboosted Decidueye, though Z-Leaf Blade after Stealth Rock leaves Honchkrow at about 15%, and that's assuming minimum damage. While Honchkrow isn't a good switch-in to Decidueye, it's great at revenge killing it as you barely outspeed and OHKO with Brave Bird. As a bonus, you can OHKO Decidueye with Pursuit if it switches out. I put Z-crystals on the set instead of Life Orb as it serves as a much better emergency answer to Decidueye when it doesn't have to deal with the extra recoil. Jolly because you outspeed Decidueye but you outspeed Modest Nidoqueen too so it isn't just to deal with this threat.
252 Atk Decidueye Bloom Doom (175 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Honchkrow: 208-246 (60.9 - 72.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

252 Atk Honchkrow Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Decidueye: 486-572 (163.6 - 192.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Honchkrow Pursuit (80 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Decidueye: 324-384 (109 - 129.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

umbreon as a check

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Foul Play
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

this umbreon can take practically any hit from decidueye and recover the damage with wish + protect, the only move decidueye has that has big a chance of killing it is a 2+ z-leaf blade after rocks, if rocks isn't up then a 2+ z-leaf blade has a very small chance of koing, stab foul play will always ohko decidueye regardless of boost.

+2 252 Atk Decidueye Bloom Doom (175 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Umbreon: 336-396 (85.2 - 100.5%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Decidueye Bloom Doom (175 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Umbreon: 336-396 (85.2 - 100.5%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
+2 252 Atk Decidueye Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Umbreon: 174-205 (44.1 - 52%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Decidueye Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Umbreon: 87-103 (22 - 26.1%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 Atk Decidueye Spirit Shackle vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Umbreon: 77-91 (19.5 - 23%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Decidueye Spirit Shackle vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Umbreon: 39-46 (9.8 - 11.6%) -- possibly the worst move ever
0- Atk Umbreon Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Decidueye: 344-408 (115.8 - 137.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Sorry for being late again, ok let's go with this:
Checks:
Moltres (The Bill Cipher)
Just prevent Rocks and you can easily beat Decidueye even on switch, can 2HKO Decidueye with Flamethrower or stall it out with Toxic + Roost, while being faster is just a bonus.

Noivern (Venoxio)
Can KO through subs with Hurricane. Can also KO with Draco/Flamethrower after any prior damage.

Durant (clefi)
You can take even a +2 Spirit Shackle most of the time and 2HKO it with Crunch so that works.

Counters:
Golbat (avocado)
The set was Grassium Z so...KOes Decidueye after any prior damage, ignores subs, takes even +2 Spirit Shackle so that's it.

Next Victim is:
Choice Band Zygarde-10%

Zygarde-10% @ Choice Band
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Toxic
A powerful cleaner in RU, Choice Band Zygarde-10% can just 2HKO most of the tier with its STABs, Extreme Speed can help against faster threats and Toxic will cripple its checks, but Thousand Arrows is just the best trait of it - it will hit Levitate/Flying-type Pokemon for neutral or super effective damage making these mons most times unable to check it, how you check it?

Celesteela is Life

Gligar @ Eviolite
Ability: Sand Veil / Immunity
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Defog / Stealth Rock
- Toxic

Gligar is a Counter to CB Zydog, eating up Outrages and Thousand Arrows very easily with it's massive physical bulk, while also having Roost to consistently switch into Zydog. Gligar does have to worry about Toxic wearing it down; however, if you run Immunity Gligar (pretty much any Gligar w/o Defog), you're immune, making it impossible for Zydog to take Gligar down normally.

252 Atk Choice Band Zygarde-10% Thousand Arrows vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Eviolite Gligar: 90-106 (26.9 - 31.7%) -- 51.3% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Choice Band Zygarde-10% Thousand Arrows vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Eviolite Gligar: 90-106 (26.9 - 31.7%) -- 51.3% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock

0 Atk Gligar Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Zygarde-10%: 112-133 (44.9 - 53.4%) -- 35.9% chance to 2HKO

Moon Duck is a counter
488.gif

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Moonlight
- Toxic

Moon Duck can come in on and comfortably tank any of Zydog's attacks, avoiding the 3HKO from Thousand Arrows and barely getting 3HKOed from Outrage. Moon Duck can heal off damage from any attack that Zydog could go for. Toxic is annoying, but Moon Duck can still come in on Zydog while badly poisoned. Meanwhile, Ice Beam has a decent chance to OHKO Zydog. Excellent choice to counter Zydog since Spikes are popular right now and Moon Duck is immune to them thanks to Levitate.
252 Atk Choice Band Zygarde-10% Outrage vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Cresselia: 162-192 (36.4 - 43.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock, Leftovers recovery, and toxic damage

0 SpA Cresselia Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Zygarde-10%: 236-280 (94.7 - 112.4%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO
