Add LO to Hitmon so he can KO Cress with SP and take out Chansey, or other common rock types(Terrakion), with CC. I would actually switch out your Electivire with a Dragon type. Either Mixed Mence or Garchomp itself. This is just my opinion, so listen or not.

I know very little about this stuff and I am going to sound like an idiot, but you say that you have protect on nearly everybody, why not chand? this woudl stop other teams from using it as it seems to be a pretty popular move and shadow ball may be nice and all but isn't really all that effective, I do realize that it leaves him very limited for attack, but staves off a lot of your opponents moves. I personally like smeargle with imprsion TR close combat and protect as a try to catch people off guard.
