Some UU players regularly ask us to retests Pokemon they believe would fit in the current metagame. Some of these requests make absolutely no sense, like "release Thundurus-T to check Feraligatr", but some are fairly logical. However, right now using theorymon is the only way of supporting a retest, which makes things difficult for everyone involved.
With this tournament I'm giving people a chance to play with some BL Pokemon in a semi-controlled and competitive environment. Every round I'll release two different BL Pokemon or ability, and participants will be forced to use at least one of them. I'll try to only release things that don't completely ruin the metagame, such as Volcarona, but don't expect perfect balance every round.
The main goal of this tournament is to entertain the playerbase. This is not to decide the next suspect and absolutely nothing is guaranteed to happen after this ends. But note that I will not be against people using their experience in this tournament to support their requests for retests; I take that over "free victini / staraptor" posts any day.

- Winners must post the replay of their games. If they fail to do so, their win will not count. Smogtours automatically save replays, so you should probably play there
