How did I pick the last spots?
1) Well known battler and smogoner overall
2) Well known battler / well known overall
3) Lesser known (but still known) battlers and smogoners overall
The "tiebreaker" for the third step was of course order of signing up.
Those that signed up before the 66 (two posts by me) mark and did not get a spot will get higher priority as a substitute.
Those that qualified for the tournament will be listed by the time they signed in, and not in the way I picked them (not by prefference). This goes for the substitutes, but the first substitute to rise up will be the first on the list (the "Dragged out" substitutes that I mentioned earlier).
The round 1 thread will arive along with the July server statistics. When this happens, you will have about 3-4 days to build and test your teams, and then about a week to get your matches done. It is preffered that you will get in touch strait off with your opponent with the release of the first round thread and listings.
