Ilyana throws up a protective forcefield to shield herself from danger, while Fodder I rams into the Eelektrik decoy, destroying it. Maila then relaxes, as Eelektrik launches a powerful wave of electricity, whom Ilyana blocks, but Maila & Fodder I take damage.

Fodder I then fires a pulse of electricity which Paralyses Eelektrik, as Maila calls forth the power of the moon to recover HP, albeit weakly. The rest of the round is not worth talking about, though, as both Ilyana & Eelektrik suffer from full paralysis.

Mysterious Cove - Meditative Pause

Going through the corridor, your pathway continues to be lit by the luminated water & as you walk through, you eventually enter a new area. The cove appears to have a covered section undetectable by air, but you can still see sunlight coming in from the sides. This whole area is still, and it looks serene.

"Impressive work." The voice tells you, though more menacingly. "Let's see how you fare against the element of surprise."

Without warning, an Abra grasps Fodder II, & both of them vanish. The serene atmosphere returns to that of the damp cave you had just been in. As you work out the illusion, you can't help but wonder what befell your other Pokemon. You estimate it will take two rounds to find it. This doesn't appear to be good, as your Pokemon is left to fight the Abra alone...

A voice speaks to you and says "It looks like one of your Pokemon fell into a trap. It will have to work hard to fend it off, the Pokemon that lay in wait are perhaps the most devious of all. Remain calm and you should be able to keep your wits about you." Easy enough, right?

Eventually, though, you reach an outdoor area, though its shelved underneath the rocks and essentially inaccessible to the outside world. In any case, you know your trials are not over, as a Staravia & an Electrike face you, each guarding a path around a lake inset in the ground. You won't be able to cross without facing one or the other, and both of them glare at you, a trespasser in their territory.

"Ahhh, another test..." The voice says in your head. "Looks like you have to face one or the other. Hope you are ready..."

Electrike then uses a bit more of her berry to add power to unleash a lightning bolt from the sky which zaps Maila & deals a lot of damage, as Maila responds by successfully trapping Electrike in swirling sand! Electrike then uses yet more energy from her berry to zap Maila once more with a bolt of lightining, while Maila caps off the round by taking a break.

Electrike then uses the last bit of her berry to zap Maila with a bolt of lightning, as Maila takes a break. At this point, the vortex surrounding Electrike wore off. Electrike then fires another bolt from the sky, which zaps Maila once more, as Maila tries to trap Electrike once more, but misses! Never fear, as you catch up to Maila & send in Hyomu & Ilyana! Maila also shed her skin too, as you face off against the Electrike!

Mysterious Cove - Luminant Grotto
​

Walking down through this open area, you see a large blue lake, & it appeared to be a dead end. Could this be the last area of this cove? Is this where the Legendary Pokemon you've been searching for resides? Your walk eventually turned into a run as you arrive at the lake. Before you could move on, a voice in your head startles you.

"I see you made it through your trials. Now you'll get a chance to witness something truly legendary..."

The voice weakens and fades, and you are left facing a grotto whose light source appears to come from below the water. You imagine it to be some kind of crystalline structure, since the water is so clear you can see straight to the bottom. Looking upward, you can see the centre of the Grotto is directly under the inset lake you saw earlier, & water is flowing down an elevated platform that spans the entire room, covering all the walls with water. But you don't get much time to enjoy the view, as soon enough a Golduck sticks its head out of the water. It dives back under, & soon in the centre of the grotto, you see a Phione rise upward, floating above the water's surface, and then over a small island in the center of the Grotto. Golduck joins it there. This must be the legendary you came to find! Knowing the two Pokemon won't go down without a fight, you send in your Pokemon, ready for the final battle. Both seem to be awaiting your actions...

Arena Rules:
-Only Rain Dance may be summoned, all other weathers will fail.
-Readily available water source. Dive Allowed.
-Can only Dig on limited land surface. Seismic Activity allowed.
-Item cannot be removed from boss, however it can be Embargoed or Magic Roomed.
