"I should remember how to TLR."
"So we're going to hunt for a fairy...sounds good..."
"Again? Don't you remember what happened last time?"
"Yes, which is why it took us so long to try again. I needed to fine-tune every device we'd be bringing."

Snorlax [Om Nom] (M)

Om Nom comes from a strange land, where creatures live in boxes and wait for candy to be delivered to their mouths. When Mowtom visited, he got very good at cutting the ropes needed to deliver candy to Om Nom, who decided to tag along with him in secret when Mowtom left. Obviously, he was a Munchlax at the time, and has since changed drastically.

Type: Normal
  • Normal STAB; +1 BAP on attacks that match dominant arena type after 3 actions. Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.
Abilities: Immunity / Thick Fat / Gluttony (Unlocked)
  • This Pokemon's body has an immensely strong immune response to venom and does not take poison damage when Poisoned. Toxic Poisoning will not do damage; however, it will continue to grow more severe.
  • This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire- and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)
  • This Pokemon devours healing and stat increasing berries at 50% health (flat) instead of 25% health (flat). It also regains three (3) HP per action when holding Leftovers.

Mollux [Snail] (M)

Despite what you may think, Snail is not the Mollux Pebbles knew. He is her brother. When his sister reported the redheaded trainer who seemed to have no idea what a Mollux or a Rebble was, Snail went to investigate. He was quickly captured by Mowtom, without much complaint from either of them.

Type: Fire / Poison
  • Fire STAB; immune to burn status. Brighten Command.
    • Brighten Command: For the next six (6) actions, all this Pokemon's attacks will have their accuracy increased by one stage. Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
      Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
  • Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic status. Absorb Toxic Spikes on switch-in unless Flying-typed or using the ability Levitate. -- Accuracy when using Toxic, Poison Gas, or Poison Powder, hitting even during Dig, Fly, etc. Ignore Fog's accuracy reduction. Store Command.
    • Store Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's moves will have their poison / toxic effect chance double. Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
      Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Abilities: Dry Skin / Illuminate (Unlocked)
  • This Pokemon has spongy, yet sensitive skin, causing it to burn in bright sunlight for damage but absorb water and heal damaged tissues in rain. This effect results in dealing two (2) damage/action to this Pokemon in sunlight and recovering two (2) HP/action in rain. In addition, the dry skin is very vulnerable to flames and the Base Attack Power of incoming Fire attacks is increased by two (2). The Pokemon absorbs the damage of water attacks and recovers 25% of HP the damage that would have been inflicted.
  • At default this Pokemon emits a continuous light that brightens the environment and makes it easier for all Pokemon to see. While this ability is active, any darkened or twilight state in the battle is negated and all moves used by any Pokemon (friend or foe, or itself) have their accuracy increased by 10% (flat). Boosts from multiple Illuminates do not stack. When toggled, no effect.

Gardevoir [Dr. Horrible] (M)

One day, Bianca came upon a Poke-theater troupe, performing Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. The role of Dr. Horrible was being played by a Ralts. Bianca sat and watched the production, and when it was done, approached the cast to convey her sincerest congratulations on a great show. The main characters were all so thrilled that a human liked their show that they agreed to go with Bianca as their trainer.

Type: Psychic / Fairy
  • Psychic STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
  • Fairy STAB; The consecutive move usage penalty for using damaging Fairy-type moves is reduced to two (2) from four (4).
Abilities: Synchronize / Trace / Telepathy (Unlocked)
  • Pokemon with this ability mentally link their condition to an opposing Pokemon and when inflicted by the major status ailments Burn, Poison, or Paralysis, will share their status condition with the opponent. Pokemon will not be inflicted by status conditions to which they are immune by virtue of typing, ability, etc.
  • When entering into battle, this Pokemon can copy an ability on one of its opponents for 6 EN. This effect only triggers if the ability to be copied is specified when the Pokemon is sent out. When facing a pokemon with Trace, the Player sending out last must send out the pokemon without orders, in order to give the opponent the opportunity to trigger trace and any orders eventually given will be ignored until given the opportunity for trace to be triggered. The ability remains on the Pokemon for six (6) actions. Wonder Guard cannot be Traced.
    • Command: Activate Trace (target ability) - 5 En - Replace Trace with the target Ability for six (6) actions. When the copied ability fades, the user regains Trace.
  • This Pokemon has a mental link with its allies in multiple battles, which allows it to avoid taking damage from allied attacks that damage each foe or the entire field like Blizzard and Earthquake. They are still affected by an opponents spread damage attacks.
Nature: Bold (+Defense, -Attack)

Mega Gardevoir [Dr. Horrible] (M)

As the Fairy gym qualifiers rapidly approached, Mowtom and Bianca realized that without a Gardevoirite, Dr. Horrible could not reach his full strength. They searched throughout various Poke-marts, but couldn't find one. Fed up with that state of affairs, Dr. Horrible stole some highly dangerous chemicals to create one himself. Surprisingly enough, it worked.

Abilities: Synchronize / Trace / Telepathy (Unlocked) / Pixilate (Mega)
• This Pokemon has a mental link with its allies in multiple battles, which allows it to avoid taking damage from allied attacks that damage each foe or the entire field like Blizzard and Earthquake. They are still affected by an opponents spread damage attacks.
  • By default, this Pokemon's Normal-type moves are Fairy-type moves, and have an additional two (2) BAP boost. When toggled, this Pokemon's Normal-type attacks have their BAP increased by two (2). Only Normal-typed moves changed by Pixilate receive this boost, and not all Fairy-type moves. If a Pokemon has been skill-swapped multiple abilities that change Normal-type attacks, the attacks become dual-typed, but the BAP boosts of the abilities do not stack.

Braviary (M) **Storm
Silver_Lucario42 first met Storm on the top of a hill. He was carrying a letter that said: "To the person who finds this, keep the Rufflet carrying it. I have no need of it." The confused Rufflet, when questioned about his original owner, only remembered that they lived in a place with a lot of storms.

Apparently raised in captivity, Storm treasures every new experience. The fighting style of reckless but powerful attacks from the sky that he used as a Rufflet remains his main focus as a Braviary, and although having to put up with unpleasant recoil damage is nothing new for him, a fun adventure or an intense battle can make it worth it.

Dusknoir (M) **Lost
When you think of Ghost-types, a cold, dreary, possibly cursed graveyard comes to mind. However, Silver_Lucario42 actually met Lost at a playground -- it was when he was walking home after watching an intense tournament battle that went on very late. After an obligatory jumpscare and a bit of questioning, Silver_Lucario42 learned that Lost liked to hang around happy places, curious as to what about them repelled Ghost-types so much.

Lost is a very smart Pokémon, knowing his fair share of what the world is like. Instead of being pedantic, though, he does his best to be polite.

Considering Frosty is a little busy, and If I could get an Eon mon before Psychic quals then it would be swell, I am putting this up for subreffing. (Hell even a Slowbro wouldn't hurt my chances)

Please pick this up if you would like to Flash through the TLR.
If not Frosty can pick this up when he is back from LOA.

Almaz Mine has been updated for the new Generation.

All that was done were Pokémon / Movepool updates for the new gen, but there has been won major change to Almaz Mine HM: You no longer have to catch Diancie on HM to get Diancite, you only have to win and survive the TLR to get it.

So if you have a Diancie (hi Birkal) and want a shiny Diancite, hopefully this change will encourage you to make at least two trips to the mine (one to catch, one for the stone) to unlock Diancie's potential.

Happy TLRing peeps! More updates will happen soon.

By the power vested in me, I do declare that Giant Chasm is open to challenge. Many thanks to Frosty and FMD for the development work!

... I'd bring a warm coat if you're challenging, incidentally.

Hey, so TLR DQ Times aren't actually written down. I'm not even sure where 'one month' originated, but it's far too long. Doing this unilaterally for the interim.

TLR DQ is now reduced to 72 hours for players.

TLR DQ for refs is reduced to the same. For the sake of the sanity of TLR Refs, TLR Refs may, in a situation where they need to order and then ref in the same post, simply post orders to reset the DQ timer.

Super disappointed I wasn't even contacted with regards to this.

Overruling this and extending TLR DQ to one week (with the possibility of extending further to possibly two weeks), effective immediately (though "DQ" really shouldn't exist and there wasn't a DQ time before, one month is a guide that says if the player hasn't posted in this really long time, then feel free to DQ the player and claim your rewards).

The reasoning for this is because 72 hours is far too short and in some cases is far too brutal on the people who are playing the dungeons this RP has to offer. I mean, try playing something like Tower of Ash or the new Kyurem TLR and try to consistently order within a three day window. I can guarantee most players will lose their minds trying to order on time for rounds on end. RP's, especially hard, endgame RP's like this very one, should have very lax DQ times for players to be able to take time to properly formulate strong orders. The last thing players need in an RP like this is the constant, unnecessary time pressure that a 72 hour DQ period provides.

IAR the other side of that is, folks take a month to do a simple update. I agree that it is tough, but not getting updates because I am not on IRC when the ref is on, is not fair is it?

Time / availability may not be the only problem?

Sorry Mowtom, I'm putting you up for subreffing. Don't really have the motivation to ref yours right now, and I don't want to be a TLR ref anymore.
