I'd vote for 3 Attacks + Slack Off because it's a really good set, but it's also standard and is included in its current in-progress analysis, so Teeny Victory's Colbur Berry Slowbro it is.

Since we had a bunch of votes in already, I'll just cut voting short.
Congratulations to Dr Ciel for winning!
Our next test subject will be...

Lead Bisharp

Bisharp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off / Iron Head
- Metal Burst

The cool thing about sash lead bisharp is that it is not as matchup dependant as other rocks leads. If it is pressured by a strong attack like Earthquake from Landorus-T, you can get a kill turn 1 with Metal Burst. Iron Head helps against Mega Diancie leads and Taunt helps against opposing leads such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory. Despite not having a defogblocking move like Skarmory got with Brave Bird, it can discourage the opponent to defog because of Defiant and the most common spinners (Starmie and Excadrill) can't switch into a Knock Off. 90% of the time Bisharp is able to get (at least) its rocks up, but in many situations it can also knock off leftovers which can be crucial later in the match, surprise an opponent with metal burst or prevent a pokemon from setting up with Taunt. It also got bunch of other cool moves that can be used on this set such as Sucker Punch, Thunder Wave and Pursuit and the versatility and unpredictability of this set makes it a really interesting hazards setter.

Warning: I may be insane.

Double Dance Bisharp

Bisharp @ Lum Berry/Leftovers
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
- Rock Polish

Double dance Bish is an odd idea I thought of off the top of my head. Due to the usual sucker punch mindgames, foes will be wary of attacking when Bish as an SD up; the perfect opportunity to rock polish. This allows alot less prediction after the rock polish turn, and Bish can even setup on pokes that would normally cripple him with a lum berry (for instance, faster Mew will burn Bish, and the lum berry allows Bish to RP, then knock off will KO next turn). This set enjoys facing balance/semistall, where it can destroy the fast offense pokes after using the bulky ones as setup fodder.
