This can fit into a baton pass article if anyone with experience wants to write that.

With Speed placed higher than perhaps all other stats, every potential sweeper can use more quick fixes. Quick passing is an effective way to provide Speed--and attack. Dreamworld is especially blessed with Baton Pass Blaziken, which can port its Speed easily. This guide will give you an overview of the strategy, highlighting the stellar passers, recipients, and supporters.

We're going to take a slightly quintinuitous approach to analyzing Pokemon and start with the supporters, since they are the ones that really start. By supporter I really mean dual screen user, since these let you mindlessly set up and pass.

Deoxys-S

Deoxys-S is the best dual screen user in the tier thanks to its base 180 Speed. It also has decent bulk behind screens, so if you foresee an extended match it can stick around. Furthermore, it has access to a variety of moves such as Taunt, Stealth Rock, Spikes, and a slew of attacks. With its Speed it can afford to not mind the opponent as much; whereas Bronzong has to worry about opponents setting up on it, Deoxys-S can simply use Taunt.
