Also I got a few questions about the recent tier drops, so for clarification:
If a Pokemon changes tiers before the new cycle starts, it will be allowed.

However, Klefki will not be allowed for UU.

No it doesn't, a Pokemon under suspect is not allowed in tournaments if it's brought down. This has been done in many occasions.

excuse me, I didn't read enough about the Klefki suspect test. A nice user explained it to me and considering the UU Major doesn't allow Klefki either I think the best choice is indeed to ban Klefki. Thanks :D
