MogRunner's Team

Rarity: 3
Aipom [Dexter] (M)

Nature:Jolly (Multiples Base Speed by 1.15 and provides a flat accuracy boost on all attacks equal to its new Base Speed squared, then divided based on its evolution stage. (Formula: ACC Boost = (New Base^2)/Divisor [Round Normally, Max: 30]). The Divisor is 870 for fully evolved Pokemon, 580 for Pokemon that are the second of three stages, 435 for Pokemon that are the first of two stages, and 290 for Pokemon that are the first of three stages. This accuracy boost is added to their Dodge Command chance; Subtracts One (1) Rank from Special Attack)

Personality: (to be added)

Type:
Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Abilities:
Run Away: (Innate)
This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. Run Away does not allow the Pokemon to switch out of trapping moves or abilities, however it can escape other situational trapping strategies in battle.

Pick Up: (Innate)
This Pokemon has a natural habit of collecting items. Whenever a hold item (its own or an opponents) is used or knocked onto the ground with a move like Knock Off, this Pokemon will immediately pick up that item without using an action. It can also grab dropped or naturally occuring hold items in arenas.

(DW)Skill Link: (Innate)
This Pokemon’s skillfull aim makes its multi-hit moves always hit 5 times. The Energy Cost of multi-hit attacks is increased by three (3).(LOCKED)

Personality:

Type:
Fighting:
These Pokemon come in two flavors. Either they are trained and disciplined masters of targeted strikes and ki attacks, or wild, savage Pokemon with innate battling instincts far above their peers. In either case, these Pokemon have powerful, dense muscles that allow them to throw targets of almost any weight if asked to do so, regardless of their own size. Their discipline allows them to Meditate and Cheer Up at a lower energy cost.

Summary: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions on Circle Throw, Seismic Toss, Sky Drop, Storm Throw, Submission, and Vital Throw. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Abilities:
Steadfast: (Innate)
If this Pokemon is flinched, it becomes aware of the speed difference and increases Speed by one (1) stage to make up the difference. This Speed boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Inner Focus: (Innate)
When an opponent attempts to flinch this Pokemon, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.

Prankster: (Innate)
The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks an increase in priority level.

Exeggcute [Alther Mella] (M)
Nature: Timid (Multiplies Base Speed by 1.15 and provides a flat accuracy boost on all attacks equal to [5]. This accuracy boost is added to their Dodge Command chance; Subtracts One (1) Rank from Attack)
Typing: Grass/Psychic
Grass: Grass STAB; Immunity to Leech Seed and Worry Seed. 50% reduction in status effect chance of oncoming "powder" attacks. More mobile in areas with strong natural light sources. Superior senses in tall grass and forest areas. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus.
Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Abilities:
Chlorophyll: (Innate) During bright sunlight, this Pokemon’s cells absorb more solar energy, doubling (x2) their speed.
Harvest (DW): (Innate) (UNLOCKED) At the end of each round, this Pokemon recylces a held berry that was consumed during that round. If the Berry can be activated again, it will do so on the first action of the next round. If a berry cannot be recycled, Harvest will not regrow it. The Berry is consumed at the end of the battle.

Typing: Electric
Electric: Electric STAB; 50% reduction in paralysis chance from other electrical attacks, perfect accuracy and 30% chance of Protect breaking Thunder during Rain. Superior senses in power plant environments.

The two trainers both draw a red and white ball from their belt. Simultaneously, the balls are thrown and a huge light flashes. An playful Aipom is revealed as being MogRunner's, while Dummy starts out with a fearsome Tynamo. The two pokemon get ready to fight for their trainers and attack. Tynamo is preparing an odd electrical beam, but Aipom appears to come out of nowhere, utilizing the technique of Faking his opponent Out. The Tynamo lost its ego, and was startled to the point of flinching, causing its action to become useless as it shudders from the fear of Aipom's advanced maneuver.

Tynamo is very angry about the scare Aipom put on him, so he prepares to cripple Aipom's best feature, his speed, with a well timed Thunder Wave. However, Aipom is again one step ahead and uses an Agile move through the air to dodge the strange beam of electrical energy.

Aipom is enjoying annoying Tynamo and his trainer so much so that he uses Screech to make Tynamo even more sorry about showing up, making the helpless fish weak to Aipom's abundant physical attacks. Tynamo, getting fed up with Aipom, decides to use a powerful Spark, which deals some significant damage and also paralyzes Aipom, which should be ample payback for Aipom's previous shenanigans.

MogRunner, you're up!

Lets try a Double hit to de face!
Double hit - Brick break - Double hit

Also a quick thing on damage, Aipom as a base 3 attack, eack rank is worth 1.5 damage so 3 would add into the equation as 4.5. You are looking good so far though!

^Pretty much what TheMogRunner said: the rank bonuses go in 1.5s, not 1.75s like regular stat boosts. Also, it looks like you calculated Spark as a Special move, when it's physical. Otherwise, nice job!

The next round begins and the pressure is on. Neither pokemon is at a distinct advantage, with Aipom paralyzed and Tynamo's defense lowered. Aipom's paralysis even causes hit to slow down enough for Tynamo to outpace, giving it a newfound advantage. Tynamo starts off by blasting a Charge Beam at the foolish chimp. Tynamo obviously has an ACOG Scope, because the electricity zapped Aipom for a Critical Hit! The strange negatively charged beam also created an electrical flow through Tynamo, causing its Specially-Oriented attack (Yes Charge Beam is the only one, folks), to become drastically more powerful. Aipom, however, will not let the hax get to him, and quickly Bitch-Slaps Tynamo twice on his weak defense with Double Hit, scoring huge damage.

Tynamo is so determined to win that it gathers static electricity from the clothing of all of the cheering fans (there's 6 to be exact), and rams into Aipom, which causes a huge Spark. Aipom quickly retaliates with a Jujitsu chop he learned in Karate class, Breaking the innocent eel like it was the training bricks.

After taking quite a beating, Tynamo feels that its SpAtk just isn't high enough, so he blasts another Charge Beam at Aipom, which does not crit again, but deals respectable damage and boosts Tynamo's SpAtk even more. Aipom, ignoring the fact that Tynamo may have injured his spine, uses Double Hit again, which weakens Tynamo greatly.

Ok Everybody settle down, the pokemon are about to move. Neither side has a clear advantage, but I think the match boils down to THIS ROUND.

Tynamo starts off by doing what it does best, spamming a Weirdass Charge Beam. Its Special Attack Rises one more level, but also some of its electrical flow wears off, leaving it boosted essentially the same as before. Aipom, however, wants to knock this thing out, prepares to strike it hard by lowering its defenses with a well placed Screech.

Tynamo, who doesn't seem to care about energy, blasts off another Charge Beam, though its previous luck fails and it does not get a Special Attack boost, still hits the foolish Aipom for some decent damage. What you're about to see next may stun you for years to come. Aipom jumps wildly into the air and attempts the legendary QUADRUPLE SMASH!!!!!!!!! Its Fist...... Tail thing violently whips Tynamo repeatedly, nearly knocking the poor fish out.

After that immense beating, Tynamo realizes that he still has a hope to win. Two Charge Beams will knock the monkey out, and Tynamo will be faster due to Aipom's paralysis. However, Tynamo realizes this too soon and gets cocky, causing him to miss the Charge Beam at Aipom, wasting more precious energy and destroying all hope of overcoming Aipom. Speaking of which, Aipom has exhausted himself from the Uber Smash, so he cools off, smiling in a taunting way to mock the Tynamo.
