??? Tier Gothorita Build

With Gothorita's tier not being given I was not sure where to put this so here it is. I noticed our little goth girl(or boy) had no suggested builds on her(or his) page. I am not a master but I do battle competitive and I would like to offer my Gothorita build for analysis. (Don't expect anything ground breaking)

Nature: Relaxed (alt options include: Bold, Impish, Calm, Sassy, Careful)
Ability: Frisk
EV's: 252 def, 252 sp.def, 4 hp
IV's: Unknown (Ideal IV's would be in health and defensive stats)
Item: Eviolite
Move set: Psychic Rock Tomb
Charm Heal Block

Gothorita is not viable anywhere else because of its low stats and NFE status.

This subforum is specifically meant to cater to analyses for Other Metagames that have been already well established. Check out some of the threads in it to get an idea of what it's for.
