Togekiss is cool so I made it a team

Team Strategy: Paralyze sweepers, destroy walls, clean everything out. Kind of generic but I guess that's how it goes

Weavile @ Choice Band
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Ice Pebble/Blade Test
- Ice Punch
- Pursuit

Weavile makes a good lead, as Pursuit almost OHKOs Gengar if it stays in and kills it 100% of the time if it switches. Ice Punch OHKOs Salamence after Intimidate, and Ice Pebble picks off weakened Pokemon in the lategame. However, since my Lucario has Extremespeed, I'm not sure how much I need it, and Dark Pulse does a lot more to Milotic/Cresslia.

------------------------

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 230 HP / 140 Def / 32 Spd / 92 SAtk / 16 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Air Slash
- Pulse Bomb
- Softboiled/Feather Rest
- Thunder Wave

Air Slash and Thunderwave for flinch-haxing, plus Thunder Wave supports my relatively slow team. Pulse Bomb does a large number on Tyranitar and 2HKOs Rhyperior.

------------------------

Rhyperior @ Choice Band
Trait: Hard Rock
EVs: 48 HP / 252 Atk / 208 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Body Slam/Roar
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge

I was originally going to do with Body Slam as a replacement to CBRhydon's Double-Edge, but my team lacks a phazer (Ninjask could be a problem) so Roar is an option. Apparently the Tyranitar set "Wonkytar" can pull it off, it could save me if I really need it.

------------------------

Cresslia
@ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 36 SAtk / 164 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Light Screen
- Moonlight
- Psychic/Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave

Paralysis support plus Light Screen for my team. As many of my Pokemon have lower Special Defense, it does a better job protecting them.

------------------------

Lucario @ Leftovers
Trait: Inner Focus/Humble Heart
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Sp. Atk)
-Extremespeed
-In Fight
-Stone Edge
-Swords Dance

Swords Dance Lucario. Does a large number to Milotic, Land Shark, etc. Comes in on CBTar's Crunch and sets up, among other things.

------------------------

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 36 Atk / 252 Spd / 220 SAtk
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Fire Blast
- Focus Punch
- Meteoric Swarm
- Thunderbolt

Focus Punch OHKOs Blissey, Fire Blast does a large number to Celebi, Breloom, and others, Thunderbolt on the switch and Meteoric Swarm kills Suicune and Milotic.

I think I've got my type coverage decent (enough) but I'm a bit worried on how I'll stop stuff such as Manaphy and other Schemers. My team could use some Blissey support, but I'm not sure what to take out or move around.

Looks like a solid team, but you have 3 ice weaks, including a 4x weak.
Another Weavile with Ice Punch, Blade Test, and Brick Break can hit anything on your team SE.

And speaking of Weavile, I think you mean Blade Test as an option over Ice Pebble. I would put Blade Test on, because Ice Pebble will only really help against DD, Agility, Salac and AS users, as well as 130+base pokemon. Ice Punch is enough for the dragons, unless Mence has a DD, and DDmence isn't looking very popular.

I really don't see anything else wrong with your team. It looks good and has a good strategy.

Dark pulse on weavile? With a CB? That's just awful. Togekiss wants body slam so you can paralyze the things that twave can't.

I meant Blade Test... also does Body Slam really work? Because its power is next to nothing so it's basically a 60% accurate Paralysis move

Anything that T-wave can't paralyze either gets hit hard by Pulse Bomb (Steelix and Rock/Grounds) or Togekiss shouldn't be out against (Electivire, Jolteon).
The only exceptions are Swampert, which can hit you hard; Flygon, which probably has stone edge; and Garchomp, which will hit you hard even without Stone Edge.

Weavile @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Blade Test
- Ice Punch
- Swords Dance

------------------------

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 230 HP / 140 Def / 32 Spd / 92 SAtk / 16 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Air Slash
- Pulse Bomb
- Softboiled/Feather Rest
- Thunder Wave

------------------------

Rhyperior @ Leftovers
Trait: Hard Rock
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def -SAtk)
- Body Slam/Roar/Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge

When you realize how little damage Rhyperior takes when he's impish with max / max you'll fall in love with it. Rhyperior doesn't have to fear CB Ninjask at all since Stone Edge OHKOs it and Steel Wing will hardly put a dent in Rhyperior since he's only 1.33x weak to it. Phazers aren't nearly as common or good in D/P since the emphasis seems to be on countering opponents and generally messing them up.

------------------------

Cresslia @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Def / 224 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk -Atk)

- Light Screen
- Moonlight
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave

Cresellia with this setup can take on Garchomp and OHKO even slightly bulky ones with Ice Beam while also taking on CGmence once the Light Screen is up and OHKOing it with Ice Beam as well.

------------------------

Lucario @ Leftovers
Trait: Inner Focus/Humble Heart
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Sp. Atk)
-Extremespeed
-In Fight
-Stone Edge
-Swords Dance

------------------------

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 36 Atk / 252 Spd / 220 SAtk
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Fire Blast
- Focus Punch
- Meteoric Swarm
- Thunderbolt

Just a general note, Dragonite's very nifty and all and I do love him to death, but the other Dragons do almost everything that it does better. Your Dragonite will have a lot of trouble coming in against commonly-carried attacks. Rash really screws up its ability to take ice attacks and it probably won't survive an Ice Beam from Cresselia (very commonly carried), as well as Gyarados in general screwing you up should it be out first.

For all the risk attached to using Dragonite most people opt for Salamence or Garchomp, and on rare occasion for its somewhat unique abilities, Flygon. Dragonite despite its stats is just hard to get in safely due to a lack of Intimidate, automatically making it inferior to Salamence outside of DD / Outrage sets.
My two cents there.
