Wait, how does cloyster lose to baton pass teams? It's got good-ish attack, can hit everything in any baton pass team at least neutrally (yay rock blast), it can shell smash on anything that doesn't outspeed and taunt it, and it has a 125-base stab that goes through substitutes.

I didn't mean no as in Cloyster sucks against BP, I said no because you used a shit ladder replay against a shit opponent with a shit team as the basis of your argument. Cloyster can do better against BP than most mons, and the biggest reason why (you don't even mention it) is that icicle spear hits five times, so you are five times more likely to crit; a true weakness that BP has.

The guys claim wasn't that outrageous cloyster can threaten several bp mons like scolipede (SS turn 1 and you rip apart even iron defense variants) and driftblim it has priority. You don't need to be a hardass because someone says something you have a disagreement with.
