Ute combos use accuracy differently, if I remember correctly, so fire blast combo's accuracy should be (85 * 0.85) + 17% (nature). So you need to roll for a hit.

IF Flying type combo, THEN Fake Out the first time and Protect the second, changing the next action for chill. Push actions back.
