Pending When marked /busy, highlights to be turned off.

I don't know how possible this is, nor do I know if it has been suggested before.

However something I think for me when I am /busy in the server is there a way that all highlights can be turned off so that I am not distracted or highlighted when I cannot deal with something immediately on the server? Especially in terms of moderation in certain rooms?

I would personally find this helpful when I am on client but cannot respond in the rooms im moderating in immediately etc.
