We both led with Yanmega, and I was almost certain that he would Protect, so I decided to get the edge and use Substitute. This ended up being a mistake.

I was down one Pokemon right off the bat, and had to act fast. I decided to bring in Magnezone, because it resists both of Yanmega's attacks. I knew that he wasn't going to leave it in as well, and likely bring in a ground Pokemon, so I decided to get some insurance and use Reflect.
Yanmega's Speed Boost raised his speed!
Ness sent out Magnezone!
Yanmega used Hypnosis! Yanmega's attack missed!
Magnezone used Reflect!
Surprising, but I would rather a Pokemon who can use being put to sleep as an advantage be out there to take a sleep attack.

Basically, we traded turns of Recovering, Calm Minding, Moonlighting, and Surfing, and Grass Knot. About 15 turns later, Cresselia died from poison. Milotic was at around 90% after a Recover.
