Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Shaymin squeezes the Skarmory with psychic energies, then soothes her with a tranquilizing aroma. With the Fire-types focused on healing, the Flying-types are once again alone in the offense, but this does not prevent them from delivering solid damage.

Not much else to say here; just keep chipping away. Maybe soon Mollux can throw an Ember for extra damage and / or a Light Screen to stop things like Seed Flare not too far in the distant future.
Shaymin's wind-based attacks barely scratch Gale, especially with Shandera who keeps healing her. But the team is beginning to run out of gas, while the miasma cloud is beginning to thicken. And to make things worse, suddenly the Mollux finds himself caught in a cloud of exhausting pollen.
Vexating Aroma (Mollux): The affected Pokemon takes 15 damage and will lose a cumulative 5 damage per action. Vexating Aroma is cancelled if the affected Pokemon has 90% HP or more at the end of an action (before Vexating Aroma damage, but after everything else)
Withering Miasma (10): Everyone's maximum energy is reduced by 60
The Mollux shrugs off the toxins with ease, while Shandera keeps healing Gale. However, the Skarmory is repeatedly stunned by Shaymin's waves of ethereal air. Only Kringles stands to keep up offense.

Should be the last time Chandelure heals as Skarm should be well and truly good on HP for the rest of the raid. We are still on track despite double flinch.
The team pushes offense further, but its energies are starting to run out, and the miasma cloud has nearly enveloped the entire field... And on top of it, the Mollux is once again infested with suffocating toxins!
Withering Miasma (12): Everyone's maximum energy is reduced by 72
Shandera finally stops healing and joins the final assault on the Grass-type enemy. Shaymin keeps shrugging off the blows and retaliating against Gale, but it looks visibly weakened now. Perhaps it may fall soon, but so will the team, as the miasma now has covered the entire wasteland...

With one last ditch effort, the team unloads everything it can muster. This is too much for Shaymin to take. The little Grass-type wails in the flames, before falling on the defiled soil.

Final
Not long after the hostilities ceased, you see Korinna arriving atop her Hawlucha, landing near you. Then, she walks near Shaymin's motionless body and collects it, cuddling it in her arms with a saddened expression. "Thank you, stalwart defender", she whispers, closing her eyes, "your loss shall not be in vain. This, I vow". Then, pointing at you. "Come. We need...". She takes a brief pause. "To bury him... beneath the dial. Away from this corruption".
As you nod, she walks towards the dial, a glowing crystal of purity in a blighted landscape. However, as she lays the Grass-type's body on the uncorrupted ground, the dial begins shining more intensely. The light brights so intensely that you struggle to keep your eyes open, but you still manage to see... the body of Shaymin, lifted in air and shrouded in the very light of the dial. Then, a sudden burst blinds both you and Korinna. A few moments after you are able to see again... but Shaymin is no longer lying on the ground. You turn around, shocked at its disappearance. Then, you notice Korinna turned her gaze to the sky, overcome by awe.
Floating atop the dial summit, Shaymin seems to be smiling in your direction. Then, its petal-like red wings open wide, and the little creature flies off to the horizon.
"Shaymin...", murmurs Korinna. "That's what he tried to tell us. Even from death, life springs again". A smile crosses her face. "No matter how long night is, the sun will rise again. Let's return to the Pokemon League - we must return Shaymin's last word to our people".
"His last word?", you ask perplexed.
Korinna nods, looking in the direction Shaymin set off. "Hope".
