[WIN] Flower Paradise (Normal) - Fort Colorcastle and Jjayyfeather

Soundtrack

The once verdant Seabreak Path now looks like a shade of its former self. Where flowers bloomed in a myriad colours, now you can only see withered plants, the lifeless shells that have been left behind by the miasma seeping all over the land. In the distance, you can hear the cry of a lone Mandibuzz, looking for any carcass lying around in the wasteland.

Unfortunately, it seems like the corruption has not spared the Flower Paradise itself, either. The Gracidea fields have been turned to dust, and any sign of life has long since disappeared from this land. However, mindful of your mission, you steel yourselves and proceed through the wasteland, heading deeper in the island where the dial lies.

Surprisingly, the dial still stands. A small patch of uncorrupted life surrounds it, as if the ancient building alone could keep off the corrupting miasma. As you approach it, however, a feminine laugh echoes in the air, sending chills down your spine.

"Foolish mortals. You and your kind are so predictable"

As you turn your eyes above, a dreadful shape materializes in the air.



"Look around yourself", she adds, with an ample gesture of her arm. "This is a picture of your future. This is the prelude of the Twilight".
You call forth your Pokemon allies in self-defense, but their attacks are easily blocked by the shadowy lady.
"I could extinguish your life in the space of an eyeblink if I wanted", she noted, with a gelid tone in her voice. Then, with a malevolent smile, she continues, "But where would be the enjoyment in it? Let me introduce you to a new acquaintance of mine..."
The ground beneath you starts shaking menacingly, while the tainted vines entwine into a large grove. As the grove opens wide, you find yourselves staring before who once was charged with the protection of this land... or rather, a shade of what he once was. Shaymin's foliage grew black and grey, and now its once jolly eyes burn with hatred and pain.

The evil creature of shadows disappears in the meanwhile, fading with the same rapidity with which she showed up, leaving you with the not-so-easy task of facing the twisted warden of Flower Paradise!

Simplest put, your team is the damage, my team is the healing.

+7 Threat for Cawmodore, -4 Shield for Shaymin, you calculated Cawmodore's Attacks with +5, not +6.

Alright, Cawmodore's Drill Peck and MCY's Fire Blast alongside Mollux's Eruption should torch Trevenant before it acts. I'll focus on healing Cawmodore, I need you to torch Shaymin, so have Cawmodore use Sky Attack A2 and MCY using Flamethrower (EN conservation) A2. At this pace phase 1 should be done after Round 4, and then we get about 12 rounds to grind out the 2nd half.

Cawmodore's threat is correct: 27*1.5 + 24*1.5+24 = 41 + 60 = 101. And 48 + 101 = 149.

It's not that Cawmodore was calculated as having +6 Attack, but Shaymin had +1 Defense.

I counted again and I see Shaymin taking 220 damage, not 224. Where do you take your numbers from, JJayyFeather ?

Worried about the unexpectedly big ghost, the team focuses its efforts on the tree until it breaks, before turning back on the main enemy. Shaymin keeps slamming the Cawmodore without holding back, but a steady stream of heals keeps the Steel-type bird in relatively good shape.

This free window though does not last for long, as more minions rise from the defiled land to defend its former guardian.

The two Phantump are incinerated by Regulus's wave of heated air, leaving the team ample opportunity to lash at the main enemy. Shaymin, however, takes once again no damage thanks to its shield; and while Pineapple can rely on a constant stream of heals, the legendary Pokemon's forcewaves manage to pierce through his defenses.

Round 5

Regulus tries to summon intense sunlight again... but he does not know the move he was ordered, and ends up struggling to no avail instead. The reduced firepower fails to take down the Trevenant as well, but Pineapple withstands the tree's attacks admirably well. Shaymin also lets loose a burst of light, but none of the team members suffer significant damage from it, either.

Thankfully, Shaymin's shield seems to have finally faltered, and no more ghosts rise to harass the raid team.

With the Trevenant finally taken down, the team is now free to focus on the main opponent. Shaymin, however, easily shrugs off most of the attacks delivered by the Fire-type raid members, who must divide their efforts between offense and support for the Cawmodore ally. Shaymin decides to makes things harder for the steel-type and sprays soothing spores at him, but the team does not seem to care much.
