wishful stalling or dual screen clefable?

hey guys,

sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot, im new.

Im making a hail team and i have been tossing up between the two versions of clefable for a while now staller or dual screen? I already have a subseeder abonmasnow for starter and a snow cloak abuser froslass to set entry hazards.

abonmasnows moveset is very much the same tactic with clefables stalling, abonmasow uses leech seed + protect with substitute while clefable uses toxic + protect with wish. (but then again i could be wrong)

please can someone help me with this descision and also give me some tips for my last 3 pokemon thanks!
