Overview
########

Zebstrika is the second fastest Pokemon in the metagame, and with its good coverage, it makes for a great revenge killer and is also good at cleaning up. Zebstrika has access to good abilities such as Sap Sipper that give it immunities to Grass, respectively. It also has access to Volt Switch, a useful move that allows it to switch out of its checks and counters and gain momentum. However, it faces competition from other Electric-type Pokemon in the tier, such as Raichu and Rotom-Frost, but Zebstrika's niche over them lies in Overheat, Sap Sipper, and Zebstrika's great Speed. Zebstrika also has poor bulk, meaning it can hardly take a hit, and is not very powerful. Sadly, it also has a small movepool; however, its good coverage still allows it do fill out its role decently.

All-Out Attacker
########
name: All-Out Attacker
move 1: Volt Switch
move 2: Thunderbolt
move 3: Overheat
move 4: Hidden Power Water
ability: Sap Sipper / Lightning Rod
item: Life Orb
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
nature: Timid

Moves
========

Volt Switch is a great way to escape Pokemon that threaten Zebstrika, and is a good way to gain momentum. Thunderbolt doesn't force Zebstrika out and has more power than Volt Switch. Overheat hits power and Grass-types such as Tangela and Gourgeist for super effective damage, but it halves Zebstrika's Special Attack. Hidden Power Water super effectively hits Rock- and Ground-types, such as Golem and Camerupt. Hidden Power Ice can be used to deal more damage to Dragon-types, which otherwise completely wall Zebstrika, such as Altaria and Fraxure.

Set Details
========

Sap Sipper is good for a free immunity, but offensively, Zebstrika does not take advantage from the Attack boost. Lightning Rod is a usable option to boost Zebstrika's Special Attack when switching into an Electric-type move. Motor Drive is not used because Zebstrika has enough Speed already. Life Orb boosts Zebstrika's damage output. Expert Belt can be used, instead in order to boost the power of super effective moves. Expert Belt is useful for bluffing Choice sets and doesn't deal recoil damage. However, Life Orb is usually preferred over Expert Belt because of its ability to boost the power of all of Zebstrika's moves. Maximum Special Attack makes Zebstrika capable of hitting as hard as possible, and maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature allows Zebstrika to outrun max Speed Sneasel and beat it with an Overheat.

Usage Tips
========

Zebstrika should be using Volt Switch most of the time to gain momentum and allow you to switch in a Pokemon that can beat the opponent, but watch out for incoming Ground-types. Thunderbolt should only be used to clean up, but it should not be spammed when the opponent still has a Ground-type. Aim to switch Zebstrika in on an Grass-type move, as it prevents an ally from getting hurt by it. Don't hesitate to switch out of Ground-types, and only use Hidden Power Water when you're predicting a Ground-type to come in. Try to Volt Switch out after using Overheat, which should be used sparingly, as Special Attack is crucial for Zebstrika, and after it will be setup bait for a lot of Pokemon.

Team Options
========

Water- or Grass-types that can take care of Ground-types such as Torterra are useful, as Ground-types are immune to Volt Switch and can OHKO Zebstrika. Pokemon that are capable of setting up entry hazards are pretty good partners too, as Zebstrika finds it hard to KO opposing Pokemon easily. For example, Zebstrika can't 2HKO Flareon or Altaria with Thunderbolt without Stealth Rock up, and it will have a higher chance to OHKO Quilladin with Overheat after Stealth Rock. Wallbreakers such as Flareon and Bouffalant that can get rid of special walls allow Zebstrika to clean up. Last but not least, U-turn users such as Frogadier or Purugly are pretty good teammates too, as U-turn and Volt Switch form a good core together.

Other Options
########

Choice Scarf can be used to outspeed Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Tauros, but it really prevents Zebstrika to show off its full potential because it would like to switch moves. Choice Specs can be used for even more power than Life Orb, but when locked into one of its STAB moves, Zebstrika is helpless against Ground-types, which can easily come in and force a switch. Magnet Rise can be used to give Zebstrika an immunity to Ground-type attacks for a couple of turns. Zebstrika has a usable 100 base Attack, so a physical set can be used, with moves such as Wild Charge, Double-Edge, and Flame Charge, and the ability Sap Sipper boosting Zebstrika's Attack.

Checks & Counters
########

**Specially Defensive Pokemon**: Specially defensive Pokemon, such as Bastiodon and Lickilicky, can take Zebstrika's hits and stall it out.

**Ground-types**: Bulky Ground-types such as Piloswine and Stunfisk threaten Zebstrika; they force it to switch by threatening to OHKO it if it stays in, but they can only come in an Electric-type move safely.

**Offensive Pokemon**: Pretty much any powerful offensive Pokemon that can take a hit from Zebstrika can KO it back, as Zebstrika is extremely frail.

**Choice Scarf users**: Common Choice Scarf users, such as Tauros, can outspeed Zebstrika and easily KO it.

**Dragon-types**: Dragon-types, such as Fraxure and Zweilous, resist all of Zebstrika's moves and can KO or set up on it.

Ok here's what I got:

  • Expert Belt can be slashes on the LO set, it might not hit quite as hard but due to Zebstrika's pretty good coverage it can still get a boost due to the plethora of targets it hits SE. Aside from no recoil it also allows you to bluff a Choice set.
  • The fourth slot should be used for HP Water imo, all the relevant Ground types in PU are already hit harder by Overheat than by HP Ice and the ones that are not are hit even harder by HP Water (Mostly Golem and Camerupt(which otherwise hardwalls every Electric type)). Grass types are irrelevant in this case too because they're all donked by Overheat anyway. Signal Beam is useless when Zebstrika doesn't even struggle with Dark-types or Psychic-types and only hits them marginally harder with Signal Beam than with Tbolt.
  • Might be a nitpick, but I suggest you put the 4 remaining EVs into SpD or something, even though Porygon is pretty much not seen in PU it's better to invest it in SpD anyway, especially because that also reduces recoil from LO slightly.
  • "**Ground-types** Either bulky or fast, Ground-types threaten Zebstrika; They force it to switch or either can OHKO it if it stays in." There are no fast Ground-types in PU, might as well just call them bulky because the fastest common Ground-type is Torterra, which can't outspeed Zebstrika even when Torterra is holding a Scarf lmao
  • Remove Charge Beam from OO, it's honestly not worth running on something as frail as Zebstrika.
  • Do add Magnet Rise to OO, for it allows Zebstrika to avoid an OHKO from Ground-types and potentially 2HKO before they can 2HKO back.
That's all I got for now, fix these and you got my seal of approval.

Also idk but a Scarf set seems viable enough to get an analysis too (or at least a mention in OO), would need some more opinions on that tho

Done everything here, but I prefer HP Grass over HP Water so I put it there.
Put Scarf in OO for the time being, and Specs too.

What exactly does HP Grass hit that Water doesn't already cover? The point of using a fast Electric-type as weak as something as Zebstrika is to provide it as many opportunities to spam Volt Switch as possible early to mid-game, so its coverage options are better suited for adjusting to things that deters its ability to do so. That said, I'd still favor HP Water as Camerupt is still relevant in this metagame and that's the only coverage option that Zebstrika can offer in hopes of getting past it (it's a solid 2HKO on the most defensive variants). You still have coverage against the Ground-types in addition to that, making HP Grass less necessary.

In Usage Tips, mention that Zebstrika should mostly opt to use Volt Switch throughout the majority of the match when the opportunity arises, and that it should react careless to possible switch-ins and utilize coverage when necessary. Thunderbolt is most used as a cleaning tool or when threats are in KO range at that point of the match.

In Team Options, mention that Stealth Rock is required to achieve 2HKOs on Altaria and Flareon with Thunderbolt, as well as guaranteeing an OHKO on Serperior and granting it a high chance of obtaining an OHKO on 252 HP Quilladin after Stealth Rock with Overheat.

On Checks and Counters, make special mentions on Ground-type Pokemon that can tank its super effective Hidden Power hits, such as Piloswine and Stunfisk. The category is still fine otherwise, though. On specially defensive Pokemon, you should expand more on the list with notable options such as Lickilicky, Roselia (more specially bulky variants can often live 2 Overheats and recover it off), and Throh.

ok looks fine now to me

QC 1/3 acquired (tfw no special personalized seal of approval to parade around with)

I don't think Expert Belt should be slashed because Zeb is really weak without Life Orb. Don't change it yet, if more QC disagrees with me I'll let it slide

under Team Options, list examples of Pokemon that can form a good VoltTurn core with it. Purugly, Frogadier, and Musharna can be good examples.

Under Checks and Counters, some stuff could be added. Roselia should get a good mention under special walls instead of Musharna which rarely runs a specially defensive spread. Dragon-types should probably also get a section for themselves; Dragonair and Zweilous can come in on anything but Volt Switch and set up / hit stuff hard.

In overview, don't talk about its typing being good defensively. Zebstrika can't take a hit and Electric isn't a terrific defensive typing anyways. Expand on the second point by stating that it's the fastest Electric-type, which is its biggest niche. Also, add that it's not very powerful.

Change the name of the set. We don't do custom names unless it has historical value. Something like "All-Out Attacker" or "Offensive" should suffice.

When talking about Thunderbolt, leave out the paralysis chance. It's not relevant.

In Usage Tips, mention what Dell said: Thunderbolt should be used as a cleaning tool only, when things are in KO range. In addition, I'd like you to mention that Zebstrika should use Overheat sparingly because SpA drop sucks

You could mention wallbreakers in Team Options to help defeat special walls, including Bouffalant and Flareon.

I'm still iffy on Expert Belt, it would be nice for QC to comment :/

-What happened here? You might have accidentally hit ENTER, so just merge it back into a singe paragraph.
-Make note of what Zebstrika can do and why you would use it (ie.- it has good coverage and very high Speed, meaning it is a great revenge killer and late game cleaner).

Moves
========
- A little bit more detail about what the moves do please. Volt Switch allows Zeb to escape from its checks and is pretty good at keeping momentum for your team. Tbolt is a stronger STAB move that doesn't force you out when you want to clean late-game.
-Hidden Power Ice can be mentioned (DO NOT SLASH IT!) so that Zebstrika can hit Altaria and the other Dragon-types, but that the coverage of HP Water is more useful because you can just Volt Switch away from Dragons.

Set Details
========
-Deslash Expert Belt and just make a large mention of it here. Expert Belt is somewhat useful for bluffing Choiced sets and preserving Zeb's HP better, but there is no choice set right now and it's not like Zebstrika wants to take any hits regardless. The power boost of Life Orb is usually more effective in general.

Usage Tips
========
-One thing to mention is that users must be careful not to spam Zebstrika's Electric STABs when your opponent has a Ground-type or an Electric immunity ability, as they cost Zebstrika's team a lot of offensive momentum. Because of the drawback of Overheat and the weak BP of HP Water, Zebstrika should be used sparingly while Electric-immune Pokemon are still alive.

Team Options
========
-Torterra might be worth a special mention as it also threatens opposing Electric and Ground types while setting up Rocks. Place it where the U-turn/Volt Switch users sentence is. Move the tidbit about Uturn/VS teammates to the end, and expln why they are useful. Give examples as well.
-The aforementioned pivot users that form a Volt-Turn core also gives set-up sweepers such as Carracosta and SD Sneasel free turns to set up and rampage through the teams that the Volt-Turn core weakens.

Other Options
########
-Choice sets should be mentioned first.
-Mention its paltry assortment of physical moves to go along with a physical set.

Checks & Counters
########
-The Hidden power is meant to cover Ground-types so they shouldn't be first mention here. Instead, specially defensive Pokemon should be moves up tot he first mention as Zebstrika is just too weak to break them. Roselia isn't a bad check per se, but replace it with something that actually counters it like Bastiodon.

-Just have to say, maybe clarify the last sentence so that it doesn't contradict what you said earlier. Zeb's movepool is small, but it has enough for what it needs to do after all.

Usage Tips
========
-Be careful of using Volt Switch recklessly as well when the opponent has an immune pokemon

Team Options
========
-Wow, that's a pretty long sentence for U-turn/Volt Switch teammates. Move it to the end of the paragraph so that hazard users are second (flows better with Torterra being part of both groups).

Other Options
########
-What moves does it have? Wild Charge, Double Edge, Flame Charge, etc.

Do that and consider Dell's stamp

Water- or Grass-types that can take care of Ground-types such as Torterra are useful, as these Ground-types are immune to Zebstrika's Volt Switch and can OHKO it after, such as Torterra. Pokemon that are capable of setting up entry hazards are pretty good too, as Zebstrika finds it hard to KO opposing Pokemon easily. For example, Zebstrika can't 2HKO Flareon or Altaria with Thunderbolt without Stealth Rock up rocks, and it will have a more likely higher chance to OHKO Quilladin with Overheat after Stealth Rock. Last, but not least, Wallbreakers such as Flareon and Bouffalant that can get rid of special walls, such as Flareon and Bouffalant, are quite good teammates, because they allow Zebstrika to clean up. Last but not leastAlso, Pokemon with U-turn such as Frogadier and Purugly can form a VoltTurn core with Zebstrika are pretty good too, as U-turn and Volt Switch forme good cores,; (comma to semicolon) however, they can also grant setup (remove dash) sweepers, such as Sneasel and Carracosta, free turns to set up. Examples of these Pokemon are Frogadier or Purugly.

Other Options
########

Choice Scarf can be used to outspeed Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Tauros, but it really disallows prevents Zebstrika to from showing off its full potential because it would like to switch moves. Choice Specs can be used for even more power than Life Orb, but when locked into one of its STAB, Zebstrika is helpless against Ground-types, which a Ground-type can easily come in and force a switch. Magnet Rise can be used to give Zebstrika an immunity to Ground-type attacks for a couple of turns. Zebstrika has a usable 100 base Attack, and therefore so a physical set can be used, with moves such as Wild Charge, Double-Edge and Flame Charge and the ability Sap Sipper.

Checks & Counters
########
(colons after every item)
**Specially Defensive Pokemon**: Specially defensive Pokemon, such as Bastiodon and Lickilicky, can take Zebstrika's hits and outstall it out after.

**Ground-types**: Bulky Ground-types such as Piloswine threaten Zebstrika; they force it to switch or either can by threatening to OHKO it if it stays in, such as Piloswine.

**Offensive Pokemon**: Pretty much any powerful offensive Pokemon that can take a hit from Zebstrika, (remove comma) can strike KO it back with a powerful attack, as Zebstrika is frail.

**Choice Scarf users**: Common Choice Scarf users, such as Tauros, can outspeed Zebstrika and easily KO it.

**Dragon-types**: Dragon-types, such as Fraxure and Zweilous, resists all of Zebstrika's movespool completely and can KO or set up on it after.

Overview

Zebstrika has a great typing that leaves it with only a single weakness, to Ground. Zebstrika is the second fastest Pokemon in the metagame, and with its good coverage, in the metagame, making ites for a great revenge killer and is also good at cleaning up. ItZebstrika has access to good abilities such as Sap Sipper, Lightning Rod, and Motor Drive that give it immunities to Grass and Electric, respectively. It also has access to Volt Switch, a useful move that allows it to switcho out of its checks and counters and gain momentum. However, Zebstrika has poor bulk, meaning it can hardly take a hit, and is not very much powerful. Sadly, Iit also has a small movepool, but,; however its good coverage still allows it to play different roles in the PU metagame.

All-Out Attacker
########
name: All-Out Attacker
move 1: Volt Switch
move 2: Thunderbolt
move 3: Overheat
move 4: Hidden Power Water
ability: Lightning Rod
item: Life Orb
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
nature: Timid

Moves
========

Volt Switch is a great way to escape Pokemon that threaten Zebstrika, and is a a good way to gain momentum. Thunderbolt doesn't force Zebstrika out and provides ghas moreater power than Volt Switch does. Overheat has tremendous power andits Grass-types such as Tangela and Gourgeist for super effective damage, but it weakenhalves Zebstrika by halving it's Special Attack. Hidden Power Water hursuper effectively hits Rock- and Ground-types, such as Golem and Camerupt. Hidden Power Ice can be used to deal more damage to Dragon-types, which otherwise completely wall its movesetZebstrika, such as Altaria and Fraxure.

Set Details
========

Lightning Rod is the best option for Zebstrika, as it boosts itsZebstrika's already decent Special Attack stat when it is hit by an Electric-type move. Motor Drive is not used because Zebstrika has enough Speed already. Life Orb boosts the power of every move a biZebstrika's damage output. Expert Belt can be used, instead in order to boost the power of super effective moves. Expert Belt is useful for bluffing Choice sets and doesn't givedeal recoil damage. However, Life Orb is usually preferred over Expert Belt because of its powerability to boost the power of all of Zebstrika's moves. Maximum Special Attack makes Zebstrika capable of hitting as hard as possible, and maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature allows Zebstrika to outrun max Speed Sneasel and beat it with an Overheat.

Usage Tips
========

Aim to switch Zebstrika in on an Electric-type move, as it gives a boost to Zebstrika's Special Attack. Don't hesitate to switch out of Ground-types, and only use Hidden Power Water at timeswhen you're predicting a Ground-type to come in. Try to Volt Switch out after using Overheat, which should be used sparingly, as Special Attack is crucial for this Pokemon Zebstrika.

ty! done and ready for upload!

no.

the overview mentions nothing about common electrics that give it fierce competition and its few niches over them (overheat, sap sipper), sap sipper has no mention on the set, moves and checks and counters are sparse etc.

im going to bed, paging secretary galbia to elaborate
