Completely missed that, yes it does. The parent for that egg was a Screech / Snatch / two other moves Weavile.

Secondary confirmation on the Shock Wave retention, but Magnetic Flux, Eerie Impulse and Zap Cannon are out after an Ampharos check.

Ion Deluge is not an egg move, either, so that's limited to Zebstrika.
