Who is Eiffel?Often confused for a french tourist attraction, Eiffel is an artist who were around during the early days of Smogon, and thus we don't have a lot of insight to the nature of his contributions besides participating in the celebration of Smogon's 3rd birthday. Because the world is mysterious like that.
