[SET COMMENTS]
Iron Hands functions as a bulky attacker and pivot that provides support options such as Fake Out, and its STAB moves can handle prominent metagame staples like Incineroar and Urshifu formes. Iron Hands has a solid matchup against opposing Miraidon teams, as it is one of the few Pokemon capable of surviving a Hadron Engine-boosted Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon. In addition to that, Iron Hands matches up well against Terapagos and threatens it with Drain Punch. It also helps deal with Calyrex-I Trick Room teams by providing Fake Out support and utilizing its low speed to outspeed and KO Incineroar in Trick Room as well as trade decently with Calyrex-I in Electric Terrain by utilizing its Tera. Wild Charge is used over Thunder Punch, as it OHKOes Urshifu-R and, in Electric Terrain, 2HKOes Calyrex-I. The recoil damage can be compensated through Drain Punch recovery. Close Combat can be used on more offensively oriented teams to get some quick OHKOs on the likes of Incineroar, and Terapagos in Electric Terrain. Volt Switch is used so Iron Hands can be a slow pivot, which helps as a positioning tool. Ice Punch provides a way to 2HKO Amoonguss and Raging Bolt as well as OHKO the occasional Landorus. Meanwhile, Heavy Slam functions as a way to get quick KOs against the likes of Flutter Mane and Tera Fairy Calyrex-S outside of Electric Terrain. Assault Vest boosts Iron Hands's mediocre Special Defense stat. The defensive investment helps Iron Hands survive two Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R as well as two Body Presses from Zamazenta-C. Iron Hands's Special Defense is maximized to take full advantage of Assault Vest, while the Speed investment allows Iron Hands to outspeed Regidrago under Tailwind. The Attack EVs, meanwhile, ensure Quark Drive boosts its Attack stat even after an Intimidate. Tera Grass can be used to gain immunity to Spore and Rage Powder as well as a resistance to Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes and Landorus's Earth Power, whereas Tera Water gives Iron Hands an excellent defensive typing, allowing it to resist Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I. Tera Fairy is a solid defensive typing that is neutral into most of the metagame. Its immunity to Dragon helps as well when facing Miraidon and Regidrago.

Iron Hands is particularly weak to faster setup teams, with foes like Tera Grass Clefairy and Amoonguss that can take hits from Iron Hands and redirect its moves, allowing Calyrex-S to set up with Nasty Plot. Ground-type Pokemon such as Landorus and Groudon can wall Iron Hands and threaten to 2HKO it. As a physical attacker, Iron Hands naturally struggles against Intimidate users like Incineroar as well as Defense-boosting Pokemon like Zamazenta-C that can set up Iron Defense, essentially walling Iron Hands. Miraidon naturally complements Iron Hands thanks to its Hadron Engine, as well as functioning as a fast offensive attacker capable of OHKOing all of the aforementioned checks. Meanwhile, a Trick Room setter such as Farigiraf provides excellent speed control to take advantage of Iron Hands's mediocre Speed tier. Farigiraf prevents any opposing Pokemon from using Fake Out thanks to Armor Tail while also having access to Helping Hand, which further boosts Iron Hands's offensive capabilities. Slower powerhouses like Ursaluna-B complement Iron Hands by threatening Incineroar and Zamazenta-C, as well as forming a solid Trick Room core with Farigiraf. Pokemon that fit well on a slower playstyle like Incineroar and Amoonguss also work well with Iron Hands by providing Fake Out, Intimidate, redirection and recovery to form a well-rounded balance core.

Iron Hands functions as a bulky attacker that provides support options such as Fake Out, and has access to decent coverage options to its STAB moves can coverage suggests it's using heavy slam and ice punch to deal with these handle prominent meta staples like Incineroar, (RC) and Urshifu, and Raging Bolt. Iron Hands primarily functions in Miraidon teams, as it uses Electric Terrain dex info to take full advantage of its ability Quark Drive, and can be used against opposing Miraidon teams as well, as it is one of the few Pokemon capable of living a Hadron Engine boosted Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon. In addition to that, Iron Hands also matches really well against Terapagos and threatens it with Drain Punch, and better helps Miraidon team compositions deal with Calyrex-I Trick Room teams elaborate, what does it do on that end?. Wild Charge is used over Thunder Punch, as the recoil damage can be compensated through Drain Punch recovery. Close Combat can be used on more offense oriented teams to get some quick OHKOs. Volt Switch is primarily used as a slow pivot, which can be handy in winning terrain wars and helps as a positioning tool. Ice Punch provides a way to deal with Amoonguss and Raging Bolt, 2HKOing it them while Quark Drive is active, as well as OHKO the occasional Landorus. Meanwhile, Heavy Slam functions as a way to get quick KOs against the likes of Flutter Mane and Tera-Fairy Calyrex-S. Assault Vest is the primary choice of item, as it boosts Iron Hand's mediocre Special Defense stat, essentially turning the Pokemon into a wall. The defensive investment helps Iron Hands survive two Surging Strikes from Adamant assumed Urshifu-R as well as two Body Press from +156 Def not necessary to mention, not many Zamazenta go past that and the def spread is only 84+. Zamazenta-C special calcs?. The speed investment allows Iron Hands to speed creep neutral Calyrex-I by 3 points mention outspeeding max speed modest bloodmoon under tailwind instead. Also mention the attack investment somewhere, if no calcs mention that you get quark boost in attack even after intimidate.. Tera Fairy removes Iron Hand's weaknesses against Fairy- and Ground-type attacks like? otherwise dex info while providing immunity against Dragon-types. This especially helps when facing Miraidon and Regidrago, both of which can inflict massive damage onto Iron Hands within a single turn. This isn't really a big reason behind tera fairy, if you're looking for something, something to the effect of "neutral type into most of the metagame" works just fine. Tera Grass can be used on team compositions lacking a Miraidon to gain Spore and Rage Powder immunity, where as Tera Water gives Iron Hands an excellent defensive typing allowing it to resist Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I.

Iron Hands is particularly weak against faster set up teams with redirection such as Calyrex-S where they can soak up damage through Clefairy and quickly sets up Calyrex-S with Nasty Plot. Ground-type Pokemon such as Landorus and Groudon can wall Iron Hands and threaten to 2HKO it. As a physical attacker, Iron Hands naturally struggles against Intimidate users like? and getting burned by?, where as Pokemon like Zamazenta-C can set up Iron Defense, essentially walling Iron Hand's entire movepool Iron Hands. Miraidon naturally compliments Iron Hands thanks to it's Hadron Engine, as well as functioning as a fast offensive attacker capable of OHKOing Landorus, Groudon, and Incineroar with Draco Meteor and Tera Electric Electro Drift, respectively. Amoonguss, on the other hand, helps by redirecting Fairy- and Ground-type moves like? while also threatening opposing Pokemon with Spore. Moreover, Amoonguss gets access to Pollen Puff, which when combined with Iron Hand's natural bulk and Assault Vest provides excellent longevity. 3/26 of Iron Hands in T256 were paired with Amoonguss at Los Angeles and apart from there has not been an instance of a high performing amoonguss + hands in regional tournaments. Reconsider this. Incineroar can pair well with Iron Hands to form a pivot duo as well as providing Intimidate and Fake Out support to further pressure the opponent. the same situation as with Amoonguss, 3/26 LA, but 4/4 Indy (they all went 6-3 however and the metagame has since become very different, if you are using Indy as a base ice punch is off the table) Alternatively, a Trick Room setter such as Farigiraf provides excellent speed control to take full advantage of Iron Hand's mediocre Speed tier. Farigiraf further prevents any opposing Pokemon from using Fake Out thanks to Armor Tail while also having access to Helping Hand and Uproar not a single farigiraf paired with Iron Hands at Los angeles had Uproar, which further boosts Iron Hand's offensive capabilities and prevents sleep, respectively.

Iron Hands functions as a bulky attacker (You really want to include pivot in your wording.) that provides support options such as Fake Out, and its STAB moves can handle prominent meta staples like Incineroar and Urshifu. Iron Hands primarily sees usage in Miraidon teams to take full advantage of its ability Quark Drive, and can be used against opposing Miraidon teams as well, as it is one of the few Pokemon capable of living a Hadron Engine boosted Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon. In addition to that, Iron Hands matches really well against Terapagos and threatens it with Drain Punch, and better helps Miraidon team compositions deal with Calyrex-I Trick Room teams by providing Fake Out support and utilizing its slow speed to outspeed and KO Incineroar as well as trade decently with Calyrex-I by utilizing its Tera. (i was going to remove bit by bit but that was quickly challenging. But how it helps Miraidon shouldn'tt be here but in the second paragraph, this part should strictly be mentioning Iron Hands's positive meta match ups.) Wild Charge is used over Thunder Punch, as it OHKOs Urshifu-R and in Electric Terrain, 2HKOs Calyrex-I. The recoil damage can be compensated through Drain Punch recovery. Close Combat can be used on more offense oriented teams to get some quick OHKOs on the likes of Incineroar, and Terapagos in Electric Terrain. Volt Switch is primarily (Is there another way you'd use it?) used as a slow pivot, which helps as a positioning tool. Ice Punch provides a way to deal with 2HKO Amoonguss and Raging Bolt, 2HKOing them while Quark Drive is active, (This one is up to you but feels unnecessarily long.) as well as OHKO the occasional Landorus. Meanwhile, Heavy Slam functions as a way to get quick KOs against the likes of Flutter Mane and Tera-Fairy Calyrex-S outside of Electric Terrain (You OHKO both with boosted Wild Charge. You may also want to explain why Ice Punch replaces Wild Charge and not Drain Punch for exmaple.). Assault Vest is the primary choice of item, as it (AV is the only item on the set.) boosts Iron Hand's mediocre Special Defense stat. The defensive investment helps Iron Hands survive two Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R as well as two Body Press from Zamazenta-C. The Special Defense is maximized to take full advantage of Assault Vest while the Speed investment allows Iron Hands to outspeed Regidrago under Tailwind. The Attack EVs, meanwhile, ensures Quark Drive boosts the Attack stat even after an Intimidate. Tera Fairy removes Iron Hand's weaknesses against Fairy- and Ground-type attacks like Flutter Mane's Moonblast and Landorus's Earth Power while being neutral into most of the metagame. The immunity against Dragon-types significantly helps as well when facing Miraidon and Regidrago. (Move down, Also not sure how high you value Regidrago when its super niche.) Tera Grass can be used on team compositions lacking a Miraidon (Untrue, more than half of the successful Tera Grass compositions were Miraidon teams.) to gain Spore and Rage Powder immunity, as well as a resistance to Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes and Landorus's Earth Power. where as Tera Water gives Iron Hands an excellent defensive typing allowing it to resist Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I.

As a physical attacker, Iron Hands naturally struggles against Intimidate users like Incineroar, where as Pokemon like Zamazenta-C can set up Iron Defense, essentially walling Iron Hands. Miraidon naturally compliments Iron Hands thanks to it's Hadron Engine, as well as functioning as a fast offensive attacker capable of OHKOing Landorus, Groudon, and Incineroar all of the aforementioned checks (No reason to not include Caly-S and Zamazenta-C, btw it needs Tera Electric to OHKO Zamazenta-C but doesn't need it for anything else, you can choose to clarify it or not.) with Draco Meteor and Tera Electric Electro Drift, respectively. Alternatively, (Suggests that you can only use one of Farigiraf or Miraidon.) a Trick Room setter such as Farigiraf provides excellent speed control to take full advantage of Iron Hand's mediocre Speed tier. Farigiraf further prevents any opposing Pokemon from using Fake Out thanks to Armor Tail while also having access to Helping Hand, which further boosts Iron Hand's offensive capabilities.

Slower powerhouses like Ursaluna-B also compliments Iron Hands by threatening Incineroar and Zamazenta-C, as well as forming a solid Trick Room core with Farigiraf.

Iron Hands functions as a bulky attacker and pivot that provides support options such as Fake Out, and its STAB moves can handle prominent meta staples like Incineroar and Urshifu. Iron Hands provides a solid matchup against opposing Miraidon teams, as it is one of the few Pokemon capable of surviving a Hadron Engine boosted Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon. In addition to that, Iron Hands matches well against Terapagos and threatens it with Drain Punch, and helps deal with Calyrex-I Trick Room teams by providing Fake Out support and utilizing its slow speed to outspeed and KO Incineroar as well as trade decently with Calyrex-I in Electric Terrain by utilizing its Tera. Wild Charge is used over Thunder Punch, as it OHKOs Urshifu-R and in Electric Terrain, 2HKOs Calyrex-I. The recoil damage can be compensated through Drain Punch recovery. I'd guess Amoonguss deserves a mention instead, which also allows you to add another point for Miraidon, though again, up to you since I'm not experienced with Iron Hands.) Ground-type Pokemon such as Landorus and Groudon can wall Iron Hands and threaten to 2HKO it.
