Looks like we'll be playing Small Street. Wanted to review the rules and note how I will be interpreting roles and interactions. Feel free to review and clarify any questions so we can have a smooth and fun game 
- Fruit Vendor (can't be performed alongside a factional action) (+1): TARGET receives result saying they got a fruit, but not from who
- Public Vanilla (is publicly confirmed not to have any power at the start of Day 1) (0)
- 2-Shot Neighborizer (0): Creates private topic with TARGET. USER and TARGET can speak privately with each other for rest of game, starting from the day after action is used. 2-shot will add that additional user to the same neighborhood.
- Priest (if this role attempts to hammer, the vote will not be hammered) (0): Hammer votes won't count, no penalty for doing so.
- 1-Shot Gladiator (0): day action, votes reset and everyone can only vote the GLADIATOR or the TARGET. Grants 24 hour extension.
- Delayed Voyeur (will be informed of any actions effecting the target the next night, is not told who made the action). So if I target X on night 1, I will get results on Day 3. The results will be what actions were performed on X on Night 1. - 1-Shot Follower (learns what action target done, but not who was targeted by the action) I target X, the next day I learn what action X did, if any. This does include mafia special actions of roleblock/rolecop/bpv giver/kill (but not encrypt since that doesn't target anyone). (-3)
- Even-Night Tracker (-4) Can track mafia special action targets
- Odd-Night Tracker (-5) Can track mafia special action targets
- Universal Backup (Can't pick up: Public Vanilla, Restless Spirit, Vengeful, Doublevoter or used one-shot) (-5) Will backup mafia role too if that's the first applicable role that can be backed up
- Non-consecutive Night Commuter(Can't be targeted by night actions)(can't be performed alongside a factional action) (-5)
- Modified Faith Healer (A doctor that cancels all protection if the target is protected by the other faith healer too) (-5) If both Faith Healers protect same user, that user is not protected.
- 1-shot Night-Governor (target can't be voted next day) (-10) User is not notified that they cannot be voted out the next day.
- Modified Faith Healer (-15)
- Vengeful (gains a vig twilight phase after dying by kill or vote) (-25). Kill happens in twilight phase after death, cannot be interfered with. Can be idled.
- Restless Spirit (may vote post death by pming host their vote) (-35). Postdeath, can only post votes. Any other content will be deleted and vote can be stripped.
- Doublevoter (-45) total vote is worth 2.
- Roleblock (-2)
- Rolecop (-2) - gets name of the role as listed here as result
- Encrypt Next Day (-1) - turn DAYTALK on (off by default unless bought)
- No-kill (doesn't take up an action slot, while killing does) (+3)
- Turn Townie Bulletproof (target is informed of this) (+10) (gives TARGET a BPV)

- Enable White Flag (town win when 1 mafia remains) (hidden) (+20). Game being played with White Flag modifier will remain unrevealed.
- Encrypt Day 1 (give mafia daytalk for day 1) (-1)

edited to clarify how Vengeful will work - I am ruling that the player gets the kill as a result of dying from mafia kill or vote. Kill happens in twilight phase prior to start of next day/night phase.

Yes, there are no host-imposed restrictions on how the mafia chooses to spend their money.
Do the rolecop/block have to be used by a specific mafia member? So a mafia couldnt fruit vend and do that same night?

Each night, a mafia member can perform 1 individual and 1 special/factional action. Fruit vendor is a special role in which it cannot be performed alongside a factional action. But any other role could do both. For example, A mafia tracker could use both their track and perform the mafia kill.
