[SET COMMENTS]
Torkoal provides great support for Fire teams thanks to its ability to set sun and Stealth Rock as well as remove entry hazards with Rapid Spin. Lava Plume can potentially burn offensive threats like Dragonite and Iron Hands. Body Press allows Torkoal to use its great physical bulk to its advantage by threatening Dark-types such as Roaring Moon and Tyranitar. Heat Rock allows Torkoal's sun to support teammates for longer, but Heavy-Duty Boots can also be used so that Torkoal can switch in more freely without fearing entry hazards and have an easier time removing them. Yawn is an option that pairs well with Stealth Rock because it forces switches. Volcarona makes for a great partner, as it appreciates the sun Torkoal sets so that its Flamethrower can hit new benchmarks, notably OHKOing Landorus and 2HKOing Empoleon and Alolan Muk after a boost, as well as now being able to survive a Hydro Pump from Choice Specs Greninja to set up one Quiver Dance. In return, Volcarona is able to deal with Fighting- and Ground-types such as Kommo-o, Swampert, and Great Tusk thanks to its coverage. Cinderace threatens Normal- and Rock-type foes such as Porygon2, Ogerpon-C, and Hisuian Arcanine and can don a Choice Scarf to dispatch speedy threats such as Choice Scarf Iron Treads and Tapu Lele. Heatran deals with problematic walls such as Toxapex and Archaludon by trapping them with Magma Storm and removing them with Earth Power as well as Diancie with Flash Cannon. Heatran also runs Stealth Rock so that Torkoal can opt to use another option such as Yawn. Late-game sweepers and cleaners such as Mega Charizard X, Ceruledge, and Blacephalon appreciate the sun Torkoal provides so that they can mop up more efficiently.

- For the volc, i would add more to it benefiting from the sun (you survive a specs gren hydro pump from full = free quiver) and for the benchmark i would mention it OHKO lando in sun after a boost since its a pain in the ass for fire teams
- I honestly would just change the Cinderace sentence to a Choice Scarf set. Good speed control while taking out a plethora of threats like you have provided while also providing pivoting via U-turn.

Torkoal provides great support for Fire teams thanks to its ability to set sun and Stealth Rock as well as remove entry hazards with Rapid Spin. Thanks to Lava Plume, Torkoal can fire off a consistent STAB move and potentially burn offensive threats like Dragonite and Iron Hands. Body Press allows Torkoal to use its great physical bulk to its advantage by threatening Dark-types such as Weavile (Roaring Moon? It also is able to break Heatran's balloon/wear it down for fire) and Tyranitar. Heat Rock is Torkoal's preferred item, as it allows Torkoal's sun to support teammates longer, but Heavy-Duty Boots can also be used so that Torkoal can switch in more freely without fearing entry hazards and have an easier time removing them. (mention Yawn being plausible, especially if Heatran is doing Rocks) Volcarona makes for a great partner, as it appreciates the sun Torkoal sets so that its Flamethrower can hit new benchmarks, notably OHKOing Landorus and 2HKOing Empoleon and Alolan Muk after a boost, as well as now being able to survive a Hydro Pump from Choice Specs Greninja to set up one Quiver Dance. In return, Volcarona is able to deal with WaterFighting- and Ground-types such as ManaphyKommo-o, Swampert, and Great Tusk thanks to Giga Drain its coverage. Choice Scarf Cinderace threatens bulky (H.Arc not Bulky) Normal- and Rock-type foes such as Porygon2, Ogerpon-C Blissey, and Hisuian Arcanine and can don a Choice Scarf to dispatch speedy threats such as Choice Scarf Iron Treads Hydreigon and Tapu Lele. Heatran deals with problematic walls such as Toxapex and Archaludon by trapping them with Magma Storm and removing them with Earth Power (mention that Heatran can use SR instead, and Meowtran checks M.Diancie). Choice Specs Iron Moth and Choice Band Victini take on foes that set up weather such as Hippowdon and Pelipper, respectively. In return, the two of them appreciate Torkoal removing entry hazards so they can switch in more easily (worth noting that both of these are niche sets on these mons, so we can just remove these). Late-game sweepers and cleaners such as Mega Charizard X, Ceruledge, and Blacephalon appreciate the sun Torkoal provides so that they can mop up more efficiently.
