With Bulk Up, Great Tusk acts as a decent setup sweeper on Ground teams that also deters Iron Defense Zamazenta and Kingambit, which can be a bit difficult for Ground teams to handle. Body Press OHKOes Kingambit, Weavile, and Mamoswine after Stealth Rock while also taking advantage of its respectable Defense and Bulk Up to muscle through foes like Corviknight and Zamazenta. Knock Off provides coverage against Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Dragapult while removing key items such as Archaludon's Leftovers and Skarmory's Rocky Helmet. Rapid Spin not only removes entry hazards to support its teammates, but with the speed boost, Great Tusk is able to outspeed normally faster foes like Gouging Fire. 44 Speed EVs allow Great Tusk to outspeed and threaten Modest Magnezone and Jolly Kingambit.

Clodsire is a crucial teammate for Great Tusk, since it sets up entry hazards to wear down incoming foes, is a Water-immune team mate, and fares well against the likes of Flutter Mane, Walking Wake, and Primarina which Great Tusk hates. In return, Clodsire appreciates Great Tusk beating Ground-types that threaten it such as Excadrill and Iron Treads. Ting-Lu is another teammate that can set up entry hazards; and in addition, it phazes out setup sweepers such as Volcarona and Hydreigon with Whirlwind and fares well in the Psychic and Dragon matchups, notably switching in against Latios and Choice Specs Dragapult. Mamoswine and Landorus appreciate Great Tusk removing hazards, which would otherwise wear them down easily. In turn, Mamoswine aids in the Flying and Dragon matchups, taking on the likes of Enamorus, Dragonite, Hisuian Goodra, and Dragapult, while Landorus's coverage hits a myriad of foes like Hatterene, Archaludon, and IronPress Zamazenta. Late-game sweepers such as Swords Dance Garchomp appreciate Great Tusk beating foes like Kingambit so it can sweep more easily. Mixed Garchomp is also an option, as it lures and heavily damages Skarmory and Archaludon which give Great Tusk trouble. Sand teams benefit from Great Tusk's ability to keep Zamazenta and Kingambit at bay, in return, Sand Rush Excadrill swiftly deals with Flutter Mane, Choice Scarf Meowscarada, and Greninja for Great Tusk.

With Bulk Up, Great Tusk acts as a strong wallbreaker decent setup sweeper (ur not wallbreaking without attack evs for knock, and since this requires a lot of setup to be effective i changed strong to decent) on Ground teams. Body Press takes advantage of Great Tusk's already respectable Defense further boosted by Bulk Up to muscle through OHKOes (u dont need to muscle through these since they OHKO unboosted, and clicking bu on weaviles icicle crash means u get revenged easily) the likes of Kingambit, Weavile, and Mamoswine after Stealth Rock while also taking advantage of its respectable Defense and Bulk Up to muscle through foes like (mention examples not ohkoed by body press like corv and archa). Knock Off provides coverage against Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Dragapult while removing key items from their users such as Air Balloon and (i find air balloon to be very good to be removed for ground teams) Heavy-Duty Boots. Rapid Spin not only removes entry hazards to support its teammates, but with the speed boost, Great Tusk is able to outspeed normally faster foes like Gouging Fire. 44 Speed EVs allow Great Tusk to outspeed and threaten neutral-natured Modest Magnezone and maximum Speed Jolly Kingambit.

Clodsire and Hippowdon make for great teammates, as they set up entry hazards to aid Great Tusk in its wallbreaking sweep. Additionally, Clodsire aids in the Grass and Fairy matchup, faring well against the likes of Hydrapple and Primarina, while Hippowdon sets up sandstorm sand to further wear down chip foes (split hippowdown and clodsire examples because hippo is most removable in a team with defensive tusk and sandless is a strong archetype to support such a set. clodsire meanwhile is a compulsory teammate so using them in the same sentence creates an ambiguity wrt their importance). In return, Clodsire appreciates Great Tusk beating Ground-types that threaten it such as Excadrill and Iron Treads. Late-game sweepers such as Swords Dance Garchomp and sand-boosted (any excadrill would appreciate this) Excadrill appreciate Great Tusk beating foes like Kingambit and Weavile so they can sweep more easily. Additionally, Excadrill is able to outspeed and deal with speedy Fairy-types when under sand, such as Enamorus, Iron Valiant, and Flutter Mane (add a period here, mention ting for hazards and phasing, and as a switch-in to lati twins and psyspam)

in addition, it phazes out setup sweepers such as Volcarona and Garchomp and fares well in the Psychic matchup, notably switching in against Latios and Latias.

the lati twins were more of an example for the dragon matchup since latios just spams lustre purge, esp against tusk. psy mu is whatever u can keep it if u like but the dragon mu is more notable. add "with Whirlwind" after Garchomp.

Clodsire is a crucial teammate for Great Tusk, since it sets up entry hazards Spikes or Toxic Spikes to wear down incoming foes, and it aids in the Grass and Fairy matchups, faring well against the likes of Hydrapple and Primarina [Also mention it providing a Water Immunity.] In return, Clodsire appreciates Great Tusk beating Ground-types that threaten it such as Excadrill and Iron Treads. Hippowdon sets up Stealth Rock for Great Tusk, and it can further wear down foes thanks to sand. Ting-Lu is another teammate that can set up entry hazards; and in addition, it phazes out setup sweepers such as Volcarona and Garchomp with Whirlwind and fares well in the Psychic and Dragon matchups, notably switching in against Latios and Latias. [Seperate this, Excadrill should be right there by Hippowdon since hippowdon enables excadrill to sweep. if anything, You can talk about why mix chomp is a nice teammate for tusk. (you deal with IronPress Skarmory and Toxapex for Tusk.]

With Bulk Up, Great Tusk acts as a decent setup sweeper on Ground teams (its also a decent deterrent vs ID Zamazenta and always checks kingambit, 2 Pokemon ground struggles with). Body Press OHKOes Kingambit, Weavile, and Mamoswine after Stealth Rock while also taking advantage of its respectable Defense and Bulk Up to muscle through foes like Corviknight and Archaludon (this is super iffy since you get blasted by Draco Meteor anyway). Knock Off provides coverage against Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Dragapult while removing key items from their users such as Air Ballon (it automatically gets removed regardless anyway, removing Leftovers on Archa and Skarm's Helmet can do stuff though) and Heavy-Duty Boots.

Clodsire is a crucial teammate for Great Tusk, since sets up Spikes or Toxic Spikes to wear down incoming foes, and it aids in the Grass and Fairy matchups, faring well against the likes of Hydrapple and Primarina (Grass doesnt really exists as a type atm, would rather mention how it soaks up all those stinky special attackers that Tusk hates.). In return, Clodsire appreciates Great Tusk beating Ground-types that threaten it such as Excadrill and Iron Treads. Hippowdon sets up Stealth Rock for Great Tusk, and it can further wear down foes thanks to sand. (BU tusk doesnt imply sand, Hippo is kinda bad and just brought due to sand anyway) Ting-Lu is another teammate that can set up entry hazards; and in addition, it phazes out setup sweepers such as Volcarona and Garchomp (you can, but you just take too much damage though. Maybe mention something else?) with Whirlwind and fares well in the Psychic and Dragon matchups, notably switching in against Latios and Latias. Additionally, Excadrill is able to outspeed and deal with speedy Fairy-types when under sand, such as Enamorus, Iron Valiant, and Flutter Mane.
