Where can I find information on smogon about the Uber tier? Like the Uber Offensive/Defensive Threat List and stuff like that.
Im going to start a breeding project, aiming for 30+ in all stats and I dont care for attack. Whatever I need to get good IIV's with HP Fire, I am thinking +Sec Def -Attack. Mostlikely Leftovers

Can't happen. In fact, you need Modest and about 200 Evs just to 2HKO it.
And Venusaur is probably usable. It's BL, and IMO BLs are just OUs that lost the popularity contest.

Well A stabbed grass attack + Sludge Bomb would leave him totally walled, what do you suggest for a secondary attack? Which HiddenPower do you think is practical? With HP electric and some spec attack EV's would it be possible to OHKO some gyras?

Go with 212 HP/16 Atk/176 Def/104 Spe.
That way, you hit all the important marks BulkyDos was EV'd for (384 for lefties, extra attack point, enough speed, with the rest dumped into defence, just like the actual BulkyDos set.)
I'd say the Factory head guy. You just pick 3 Pokemon and battle.
Yep. On the plus side, that means that you can send burns to multiple enemies. But since you keep getting burned afterwards, you can see why it's not so great.
How does the choice scarf work. Is it exactly like choice band and choice spec or does work in a different way?
