[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Specs Basculegion-F is a fearsome wallbreaker thanks to its respectable Special Attack, great Speed in rain thanks to Swift Swim, and good STAB combination complemented by Ice Beam. Shadow Ball provides good type coverage and is strong enough to OHKO opposing Ghost-types that Basculegion-F outspeeds under rain, such as Flutter Mane, Dragapult, and Sinistcha. An already-strong Surf gets boosted even further by rain, notably 2HKOing Articuno and Archaludon to help immensely in the Flying- and Steel-type matchups, while Hydro Pump is an even stronger alternative that allows Basculegion-F to OHKO physically defensive Corviknight in rain at the cost of accuracy. Ice Beam complements the set by dealing major damage to Dragon- and Grass-types like Dragonite and Amoonguss as well as 2HKOing Water Absorb Clodsire.

Pelipper is a must-have teammate for Basculegion-F, as its main draw is using the rain that Pelipper provides to become a terrifying wallbreaker that outspeeds most of the metagame. Pelipper also offers a slow pivoting opportunity thanks to U-turn, allowing Basculegion-F to enter the field safely due to its mediocre bulk. Swampert is another good teammate, as it offers a switch-in to menacing Electric-types like Iron Hands that can take an attack from Basculegion-F. Swampert also sets up Stealth Rock to aid Basculegion-F's wallbreaking efforts, letting it use Surf to hit the same damage thresholds as Hydro Pump without gambling on Hydro Pump's accuracy woes while offering a slow pivot opportunity thanks to Flip Turn. Keldeo threatens special walls and Dark-types like Hisuian Goodra, Blissey, and Kingambit that scare Basculegion-F away with its strong Secret Sword while appreciating Basculegion-F's ability to break through sturdy walls like Toxapex and Galarian Slowking. Toxapex and Tentacruel both set and absorb Toxic Spikes, allowing Basculegion-F to both wear down the very limited answers to it as well as keep its longevity intact once it hits the field. They also both check Ogerpon-W and Choice Scarf Meowscarada, two impediments to Basculegion-F. Barraskewda and Basculegion-F are great teammates, as they form a deadly offensive core that hits both physically and specially - Barraskewda can also use Flip Turn on walls like Toxapex and Archaludon for Basculegion-F to come in and wreak havoc. Hisuian Samurott functions as a temporary check to Kingambit thanks to Sacred Sword while also reliably setting hazards thanks to Ceaseless Edge in order for Basculegion-F to wear down some of its answers like Hisuian Goodra. Quaquaval is another option that clears hazards thanks to Rapid Spin while threatening the aforementioned Dark-types and special walls while being an excellent cleaner after Basculegion-F wears down its checks.

Choice Specs Basculegion is a fearsome wallbreaker thanks to its respectable Special Attack, great speed in Rain thanks to Swift Swim, and good STAB combo complemented by Ice Beam. Shadow Ball provides good type coverage and is strong enough to OHKO opposing Ghost-types that Basculegion outspeeds under rain, such as Flutter Mane, Dragapult, and (sinistcha might be better? Also Sball does enough to deter Physdef Toxapex from swapping in to it) Brambleghast. Surf is a respectably strong Water STAB option that gets boosted even further by Rain (notably, it 2HKO's Archaludon and Articuno, making Steel/Flying not really having a swap-in since Hisui Goo not great), while Hydro Pump is an even stronger alternative that allows Basculegion to OHKO Corviknight (This isnt necessarily true this days because Corv is usually spdef now, unless Skarm isnt there, so maybe Physically Defensive should be added to corv.) and Hoopa-U in rain at the cost of accuracy. Ice Beam complements the set by dealing major damage to Dragon- and Grass-types like Dragonite, Latios, and Amoonguss (Ground's Clodsire is 2HKO'ed).

Pelipper is a must-have teammate for Basculegion, as its main draw is using the rain that Pelipper provides to become a terrifying wallbreaker that outspeeds most of the metagame. It also offers a slow pivoting opportunity thanks to U-turn, allowing Basculegion to enter the field safely due to its mediocre bulk. Swampert is another good teammate, as it offers a switch-in to menacing Electric-types like Raging Bolt and Iron Hands that can take an attack from Basculegion or simply kill it before it attacks. Swampert also sets up Stealth Rock to aid Basculegion's wallbreaking efforts, letting it use Surf to hit the same damage thresholds over gambling on Hydro Pump's accuracy woes, while offering a slow pivot opportunity thanks to Flip Turn. Keldeo threatens Dark-types like Choice Scarf Hoopa-U (this gets outsped in rain, and Keld loses to Scarf Hoopa anyway, maybe Hisuian Goodra, Blissey instead?) and Kingambit that scare Basculegion away with its strong Secret Sword, while appreciating Basculegion's ability to break through sturdy walls like Toxapex and Galarian Slowking. Primarina also threatens out these Dark-types, while being able to set up on and clean up weakened teams or provide a safe switchin opportunity for Basculegion with Flip Turn (AV Prim isnt a Water set). Toxapex both sets and absorbs Toxic Spikes, allowing Basculegion to both wear down the very limited answers to it as well as keep its longevity intact once it hits the field (mention Tentacruel). Barraskewda and Basculegion are great teammates as they combine to form a deadly offensive core on both sides of the attacking spectrum - Barraskewda can use Flip Turn into Basculegion on walls like Toxapex and Archaludon for Basculegion to come in and wreak havoc.
*Add Hisuian Samurott alongside Swampert as it stacks entry hazards, H.Sam also checks Kingambit
*Add quaquaval alongside Keldeo, clears hazards, checks gambit, terrifying clean potential esp since Basc meows at phys / water resists
QC 1/2, please implement carefully.
Thank you

Overviewing post Neko's QC, I'd only recommend explaining briefly how Hsamurott is a temporary check (Just add Sacred Sword for explanation) other than that you did good. AMQC stamp of approval below:

- I would just generalize the swampert sentence on just coming in on electric attacks in general or just take off the Raging Bolt Example. Reason why is Even Swampert hates swapping it on a Draco (You litterally have to cope and run AV to have a shot against it) or if it just Calm Mind on the pontential switch its just GG. R Bolt also be running Air Balloon as well so rip.
- i would also mention how pex and cruel checks Water Pon and Choice Scarf Meowscarada for Basculegion.
- Think this last part is more of a GP thing but i think u still need to add the -F after Basculegion since we are referring to Basculegion-F not regular one

QC 2/2 credit Elvira also :arcanine:
