i think it makes sense as a claim to make but its also a very scummy thing to claim. in some sense theres 3 scum that could fakeclaim it, while only 1 town that could fr claim it. and i assume vt doesnt claim it, that seems a little insane? so the balance of probability might honestly rest on lechen scum
