[SET COMMENTS]

Wielding nigh-unparalleled Attack, immense bulk, great coverage, a snowballing ability, and Swords Dance, Glastrier is a solid physical wallbreaker in PU. Glastrier's STAB Icicle Crash is valuable for pressuring common bulky Ground- and Grass-types like Mudsdale and Wo-Chien, which other attackers like Paldean Tauros-F and Rhydon can struggle against. Close Combat nails Steel-types like Alolan Sandslash and Orthworm and deals solid damage to other Ice-resistant foes like Milotic and Rotom-H. High Horsepower 2HKOes Galarian Slowbro, Bellibolt, and Qwilfish after some chip damage and also deals with Arcanine, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Bruxish. Heavy-Duty Boots is the better item choice, especially on bulkier teams, because it allows Glastrier to freely switch around and play at whatever pace is most comfortable for it. Glastrier can use Custap Berry on hyper offense teams to capitalize on its bulk and Stealth Rock weakness, turning the tables on an unsuspecting revenge killer like Salazzle before being KOed. However, Custap Berry requires careful maintenance of Glastrier's HP to come into play, making it less reliable than Heavy-Duty Boots. 124 Speed EVs let Glastrier move before Bellibolt and other walls such as Palossand. Tera Poison flips Glastrier's bad matchup against Fighting-types like Pawmot and Hisuian Decidueye while making it immune to Bellibolt's Toxic. However, it makes Glastrier weak to Ground- and Psychic-type moves, sacrificing its naturally good matchups against the likes of Galarian Articuno and Golurk. Tera Water offers Glastrier an all-around solid defensive typing that notably helps out versus Rhydon, Bruxish, and Delphox. Finally, Tera Fire prevents Glastrier from being burned, flips the script on Steel-types like Magneton, and still helps out against Fire-types.

Glastrier's pitiful Speed, horrid defensive typing, and tendency to want to Terastallize mean that it generally has to be built around, with bulky offensive teams being the best at supporting it. With that said, Glastrier can also serve as an early-game wallbreaker on certain hyper offensive teams, where its ability to shred roadblocks like Mudsdale and Dudunsparce matters more than its inherent flaws. Milotic is incredibly difficult for Glastrier to deal with, since it withstands even +2 Close Combat and can neuter Glastrier with either Haze or a Scald burn. Electric- and Grass-types like Pawmot, Brute Bonnet, and Venusaur match up well against Milotic, with the latter two even being able to directly switch into it. These Pokemon appreciate Glastrier removing threats like Espeon and Skuntank and get nice openings to attack after Choice item users, such as Goodra and Hisuian Decidueye, lock into a move to try and KO Glastrier. Tatsugiri is another option for punishing Milotic that removes entry hazards, which Glastrier benefits from if it loses its Heavy-Duty Boots or runs Custap Berry, and soft checks Fire-types like Salazzle. Pivots such as Bellibolt, Bombirdier, and Grimmsnarl are important teammates to have on bulky offense teams, allowing Glastrier to hit the field more safely and conserve as much HP as possible. Bellibolt and Grimmsnarl can also spread paralysis to make Glastrier's low Speed less of an issue. While not required, Wish support from Florges helps to sustain Glastrier so it can constantly pressure defensive cores. Physical sweepers like Choice Scarf Paldean Tauros-F, Scrafty, and Arcanine have a much easier time finishing teams off with Glastrier overwhelming walls like Qwilfish and Palossand.

Wielding nigh-unparalleled Attack, great coverage, and Swords Dance, Glastrier is a solid physical wallbreaker in PU. Though much slower and less defensively sound than other powerhouses like Decidueye and both Paldean Tauros formes, Glastrier's sheer strength makes it tougher for defensive teams to reliably pivot around or wall. Thanks to its immense bulk, a healthy Glastrier has little trouble finding setup opportunities against walls like Gastrodon and Bronzong and can even trade its HP to defeat strong attackers like Golurk and Meloetta if necessary. (I like the point your trying to make here but making all of this three sentances feels a bit too lengthy imo. Any way you can combine the latter two setences just into one? Also, mentioning how Ice STAB is really valuable in PU, especially with how many teams run Grasses and Grounds all the fucking time (Deci, Wo, Muds, Venu, etc.) Close Combat nails Steel-types like Copperajah and Alolan Sandslash and is Glastrier's best tool against foes like Paldean Tauros-W, Milotic, and Rotom-H. High Horsepower 2HKOes both Galarian Slowbro and Bellibolt after Swords Dance and some chip damage and also deals with Fire-types like Arcanine, Coalossal, and Delphox. Heavy-Duty Boots is the better item choice on bulkier teams, allowing Glastrier to freely switch around and play at whatever pace is most comfortable for it. Glastrier can use Custap Berry on hyper offense teams to capitalize on its bulk and Stealth Rock weakness, turning the tables on an unsuspecting revenge killer like Salazzle before being KOed. (mention how this can be somewhat gimmicky or outright useless at times though, so even on some HO its just generally better to run HBD.) 124 Speed EVs let Glastrier move before Bellibolt and other walls such as Gastrodon and Mudsdale. Tera Poison flips Glastrier's bad matchup against Fighting-types like Flamigo and Heracross while also making it immune to Toxic from Bellibolt and Gligar. (Do mention how it does bring in a Ground-type weakness though which can be pretty awful as it basically makes a winning MU into many of them into a losing one.) Tera Water offers Glastrier a generally solid defensive typing that notably helps out versus Water-, Fire-, and Steel-types like Bruxish, Delphox, and Duraludon.

Glastrier's pitiful Speed, horrid defensive typing, and tendency to want to Terastallize mean that it generally has to be built around, with bulky offensive teams being the best at supporting it. That said, Glastrier can also serve as an early-game wallbreaker on certain hyper offensive teams, where its ability to shred defensive staples like Mudsdale matters more than its inherent flaws. Milotic is incredibly difficult for Glastrier to deal with, since it withstands even +2 Close Combat and can neuter Glastrier with either Haze or a Scald burn. Electric- and Grass-types like Toxtricity, Venusaur, and Brute Bonnet match up well against Milotic, with the latter two even being able to directly switch into it. These Pokemon appreciate Glastrier removing threats like Meloetta and Skuntank and gain opportunities to switch in after Choice item users, such as Flamigo and Decidueye, lock into a move to try and KO Glastrier. Tatsugiri is another option for punishing Milotic that removes entry hazards, which Glastrier benefits from if it loses its Heavy-Duty Boots or runs Custap Berry, and soft checks Fire-types like Salazzle. While not required, Wish support from either Florges or Scream Tail helps to sustain Glastrier so it can constantly pressure defensive cores. Physical sweepers like Arcanine, Scrafty, and Choice Scarf Paldean Tauros-F have a much easier time finishing teams off with Glastrier overwhelming physical walls like Galarian Slowbro and Gligar.
