NOC Rise of Team Galactic Mafia - OVER, Mafia Win

Oh... why?
There is a limit on characters that are important enough to be selected in this game and the scummy ones are plain obvious so mafia has a limited pool to choose. We lose little as town while they lose more because they risk sharing a character with someone if they go early.
Sounds cool on paper, but the character pool from gen 4 isn't quite that limited. Without having even played Platinum I can think of 15 non-Galactic characters that can be used as flavor, so there's no way mafia doesn't have a good choice of safe fakes.

There are 17 characters without counting the PBR thing listed here and 15 players, it seems fine?
We're a 15 player game and your list includes 17 characters (ignoring PBR)
Assuming a 3 or 4 man mafia squad, that leaves a 11/12 character overlap into the 17.
Forcing claims can soft clear early birds
Pidgeon is a solo host because he has hosted plenty of times on other sites
I trust he is capable enough to give scum fake flavour claims in their role PMs / intro to scum chat, and mix irrelevant / minor characters into the town so scum can’t be outed by flavour claims

I don't think they get cleared but at least I'd feel better about them. It also depends on what type of characters the full playerlist ends up being. I hope we do it because I don't think it reveals roles and we don't lose much.
So are you gonna set the standard of "early birds get more towncred" and then claim first in the hopes of free townreads after you proved absolutely nothing? Sure, buddy.
I mean I could, if that's where we decided to go. You can't say it gives 0 towncred though, scum runs the risk of immediately getting CC'd upon naming a fake role.
You’ve played in all the proper NOC theme games. Which of them didn’t have safe flavour provided to mafia?
By the way my character isn't on that list either and I'm pretty sure flandrs one isn't either

In assist trophy (the proper theme game where you were scum) you had safe flavour provided
PMD is the other proper theme game and I’m p sure you were town, it also had safe flavour provided
