CK staying on neon in day 4 is ??? I don't know what to make out of it, weren't they online?

Bluedoom scenario where he is mafia is the following one:
- Bussed DBD D3
- Is allied with Celever based on the previous result claim.
- Somehow they noticed each other with some role because in thread I fail to see where they found each other.
So I'd say Bluedoom and Celever share alignment, they are probably both town.
