I legit remember when Mega Abomasnow was PU.
To be fair, the DLC scheduling makes stupid things like this possible and there's no great way to approach it. The funny thing is back when tiering was 3.14% based, the only major changes came with move tutor moves + a few new legends/forms, and weights were different the opposite always occurred (mons staying in tiers they really shouldn't be in for most/all of the generation or at least way longer than they should've)
Moltres rose to OU so talonflame replacing it makes sense. Was still a bit of a surprise though (not completely since it was a logical replacement, but it didn't seem to be getting enough usage to rise.) NU community will have some figuring out to do but we will survive. Hazards already looked solid and we were finding ways to pressure talon, but they look extra solid now with just a few decent spinners and a new spikes setter dropping.

The most consistent pokemon from gen 1 to gen 9 is back to his true place. Give it back Defog though because it's stupid he lost the move.
Technically the most consistent pokemon is mewtwo since it has been ubers in every single generation since gen 1. But zapdos is a close second lol
