Anyway!

People I think to watch out for:

Baloor & OLK- My favourites to win the tour outright
Let's Rumble Shall we- Gonna rumble his way through to the later rounds imo
Rofna- I think rofna will be interesting and get a loss in the earlier rounds, HOWEVER he will reach the losers' finals, and has potential to maybe win and compete with baloor/olk

Colorednaem is a user who is relatively new to tlt and tours grinding but has shown progression recently that surpasses mine (not great tbh) in some tlt tiers, I could certainly see upsets from him
SValore- same thing as above

My last mention is.... Ryus0ken!
Ryus isn't too well known among players, but I think he has been underestimated by Micoy and those who haven't played him or seen him play much. If there's a shock in this tour, I'd most expect it to come from ryus here

Everyone else is good but ur either not the very best (baloor, olk) or the most... upset likely? idfk
