Life Orb (Sylveon) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 104 HP / 224 Def / 180 SpA
Modest Nature
- Hyper Beam
- Hyper Voice
- Calm Mind
- Fake Tears / Quick Attack

[SET COMMENTS]
* Coupled with Pixilate and Life Orb, Hyper Beam and Hyper Voice both become powerful STAB moves, destroying most Dragon-, Dark- and Fighting-types, such as Regidrago, Raging Bolt, Galarian Moltres, Darkrai, Iron Valiant, and both Urshifu forms. In addition, Hyper Beam OHKOes Landorus, Iron Hands, Assault Vest Great Tusk, and non-Assault Vest Azumarill and Rhyperior; the combination of the two moves can defeat Bellibolt.
* Thanks to the additional power and the defensive boost offered by Calm Mind, Sylveon can beat Manaphy, Spectrier, Espathra, non-Clear Amulet Zapdos, Assault Vest Ursaluna-B, Weakness Policy Primarina, and Calm Mind Raging Bolt.
* The Special Defense drop of Fake Tears is useful against Assault Vest Ursaluna and Azumarill, whereas Quick Attack allows Sylveon to finish off Custap Berry users like Primarina, Galarian Moltres, and Porygon-Z.
* The given EV spread lets Sylveon OHKO Alolan Ninetales with Hyper Beam and improves its matchup against Choice Band Urshifu-R. Indeed, Jolly Urshifu-R variants can't OHKO Sylveon, while Adamant versions only have low chances of KOing it.
* Sylveon is unable to eliminate Steel-, Poison-, and Fire-types such as Iron Crown, Metagross, Pecharunt, Iron Moth, Volcarona, and Skeledirge. Therefore, teammates with a favorable matchup against them, like the Ursaluna formes and the Landorus formes, are appreciated.
* Sylveon also can't face strong attackers such as non-Choice Specs Hoopa-U, boosted Porygon-Z, Ursaluna, and Donphan, so it needs partners like Corviknight and Choice Band Meowscarada to handle them.

* Coupled with Pixilate and Life Orb, Hyper Beam and Hyper Voice make both powerful STABs, destroying most Dragon-, Dark- and Fighting-types of the tier, such as Regidrago, Raging Bolt, Galarian Moltres, Darkrai, Iron Valiant, and both Urshifu forms. In addition, Hyper Beam can OHKO Landorus-I (Which one? Or both? You should clarify this), Spectrier (If you hyper beam T1 against CM or Subdisable, you lose the matchup. Not a great example), Iron Hands, Assault Vest Great Tusk, and non-Assault Vest Azumarill and Rhyperior, while the combination of the two (something is missing here) can defeat Bellibolt.
* Thanks to the additional power and the defensive boost offered by Calm Mind, Sylveon can beat Manaphy, Zapdos (Clear amulet w/ eerie impulse should win, you can append this to say non-clear amulet as well, Assault Vest Ursaluna-B and Rhyperior (calm mind is not a good "winning" click, you need to beam CB rhyperior), and Calm Mind Primarina (a faster one will for sure encore you), Raging Bolt, and Cresselia (this seems pretty dubious without fake tears, both go to +6 and they have recovery, u do not kill, and it store powers u)
* Fake Tears is useful against Espathra, Dondozo Spectrier (Spectrier is a cooler relevant example), and Assault Vest Ursaluna and Azumarill, whereas Quick Attack allows Sylveon to finish Custap Berry users like Primarina, Galarian Moltres, and Porygon-Z.
* The given EV spread lets Sylveon OHKO Alolan Ninetales with Hyper Beam and improves its matchup against Choice Band Urshifu-R. Indeed, Jolly variants can't OHKO Sylveon, while Adamant versions only have low chances of KOing it.
* Sylveon is unable to eliminate Steel-, Poison-, and Fire-types such as Hisuian Goodra (you can fake tears -> beam and win 25% of the time if heavy slam misses the roll. "unable to eliminate" is technically incorrect, but i get your gist) , Iron Crown, Metagross, Pecharunt, Iron Moth, Volcarona, and Skeledirge. Therefore, teammates with a favorable matchup against them, like the Ursaluna forms and the Landorus forms, are appreciated.
* Sylveon also can't face strong attackers such as non-Choice Specs Hoopa-U, Choice Specs or Life Orb Porygon-Z, Ursaluna, and Donphan, so it needs partners like Hisuian Goodra and Corviknight to handle them.

ping when implemented and i'll take a second look

Nuxl you can take another look!
I made all the changes you mentioned, but I don't entirely agree on some points:
- Primarina running Calm Mind and Encore is pretty rare imo
- Spectrier can run Substitute so Fake Tears won't work if they use it turn one

- ngl I thought life orb/sitrus prims were QC sets, both of which could feasibly run it tbh. Append the Calm Mind Primarina point to “Weakness Policy Primarina”
- remove the point about fake tears spectrier, since you should CM match it anyway, so move Spectrier to the list of Pokemon in the Calm Mind section

I made the changes, is there anything else you want me to modify or is the analysis ready for a second QC check?

(amulet espathra blocks the drops, you actually wanna beat Espathra with multiple Calm Minds into a Hyper Beam, which usually wins with a high roll)
* The given EV spread lets Sylveon OHKO Alolan Ninetales with Hyper Beam and improves its matchup against Choice Band Urshifu-R. Indeed, Jolly variants can't OHKO Sylveon, while Adamant versions only have low chances of KOing it.
