:ss/scrafty:
Name: cowboy_bandido
Ability Change: Shed Skin / Defiant / River Thief (This Pokemon takes 0.75x damage from Fish/Water Pokemon and deals 1.25x damage to them.)
Movepool Changes: + Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Parting Shot
Justification: i have no idea what this flavor is but its just standard dark stuff
Competitive Justification: river thief doesnt really fit the bill of a fishing token counter so im helping it beat silvally stuff instead. it can be a half decent pursuit trapper in this way, or just a fat tank who can punish hazard control and stuff

:ss/swoobat:
Name: Swooliobat
Stats Change: 97 / 57 / 105 / 107 / 105 / 64 | 535
Ability Change: Unaware / Klutz / Prankster
Movepool Changes: + Encore, Haze, Esper Wing, Psychic Noise
- Thunder Wave
Heart Drain | Special | Psychic | 80 BP | 100% Acc | 15 PP | User recovers 50% of the damage dealt.
Justification: it got fat and uh tricky
Competitive Justification: swooliobat is reeal bad rn so its getting a facelift with increased bulk and access to prankhaze on top of its unaware set to provide extra utility in prank encore + twave. i dont expect it to be amazing due to its extremely mediocre typing but otherwise has appealing utility

:ss/rotom-heat:
Name: microwave
Type Change: Fire / Steel / Electric
Stats Change: 51 / 89 / 121 / 113 / 177 / 49 | 600
Ability Change: Lightning Rod / Parting Gift / Transistor
Movepool Changes: + Lava Plume, Burn Up, Double Shock, Lemon Acid
Justification: its an appliance so its electric
Competitive Justification: got hella overshadowed by fish factory but not anymore. has really high damage output with transistor and is much slower to help with otr sets. also felt that spd is better on this typing so i swapped the def and spd

:ss/hitmonchan:
Pokemon: Iron Fist

New Move: Clash
- Type: Fighting
- Classification: Physical
- Power: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: Fails if this Pokemon has a Status move.
Distribution: Sylveon, Samurott-Sinnoh, Goomba, Zacian-Crowned, Wyrdeer, Hitmontop, Zelda, Mario Kart Wii, Pokestar-Giant, Rawring Moon, Cinderace, Absol, Traike, Iron Boulder
Justification: Is this a Clash angle chat

Metagame Adjustment: Innings Out
The ability Innards Out becomes the ability Innings Out, which will Baseball the Pokemon that made the Pokemon with this ability faint.
Justification: Innards Out deserves to be baseballed for how it has affected the meta tbh

Metagame Adjustment: Trans Flag
Sylveon, Zacian, Zelda, Traike, Goomba, and Samurott-Sinnoh all innately possess the Trans flag, and future submissions can specify innate inclusion. Pokemon that have the Trans flag will not have their gender changed by Gender Affirming Care, instead gaining +1 to both their Def and SpD.
Justification: With the Wheel dead (for now at least), the previous slate leader did not include these changes on account of redundancy in effects; this proposed change now lacks that redundancy.

Greetings, everyone! I am Daiyafia, leader of the Diamond Hand, and I have good and bad news for you...The bad news, is that despite our inspiring speeches, we only managed to get five supporters, which, while an impressive amount, and a sign that people care for our association, is not enough for me to become the Supreme Leader of the slate. In addition, to keep the beasts who use Anarlvet's weapons against us in check, the Velvet Blade had to be nerfed. But the good news is that Dr. Liberty has passed the seal of approval, (Though our other two suggestions did not) and is working hard on some new projects that will help us keep the beasts of the Iron Fist Arena under control for good! Unfortunately, he has not finished his adjustments on Horrifination's second iteration yet, but luckily our newest member has recently returned from his expedition to join us! Please do note that prior to his appearance, we now only have four types that are'nt covered by our ranks: Bug, (Which now has one!) alongside Ghost, Dragon, and Silly!
U6JRtOk.png

Pokémon: Syndican'T (Syndicate + Ant + Can't)
Typing: =
Base Stats: 129/97/91/95/89/74 (575)
Abilities: Eusociality
Movepool: An Offer You Can't Refuse, Silcoon Blast, Goomba Stomp, Vine Boom, Freak Out, Lethal Hug, Air Horn, Balatro Blast, Absorb, String Shot, Switcheroo, Torment, Screech, Mega Drain, Fake Out, Infestation, Encore, Sticky Web, Struggle Bug, Pounce, U-Turn, Leech Life, X-Scissor, Pollen Puff, Bug Buzz, Bug Bite, Lunge, Skitter Smack, Thief, Snarl, Foul Play, Fling, Taunt, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Lash Out, Throat Chop, Low Kick, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Drain Punch, Body Press, Reversal, Upper Hand, Coaching, Confuse Ray, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Trailblaze, Energy Ball, Bulldoze, Dig, Stomping Tantrum, Spikes, Earthquake, Body Slam, Helping Hand, Uproar, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Toxic Spikes, Sludge Wave, Trick, Skill Swap, Big Bash, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Endure, Facade, Helping Hand, Protect, Rest, Sleep Talk, Substitute, Take Down, Tera Blast, Fishing Terrain, Fish Eater, Hold Hands, Mewing, Epic Beam
Weight: 128.4 lbs.
Custom Elements:
An Offer You Can't Refuse: A Bug-type Physical move with 90 BP, 16 PP and 100% Accuracy. After dealing damage, the user deploys a Madness Counter on it's side of the field.
Eusociality: This Pokémon uses Pounce just before it faints. (50 BP Physical Bug-type move with 100% Accuracy that lowers the target's speed by 1)
Competitive Role: Balanced Punisher
Flavor / Description: Syndican'T and his assistant Mozzie originated from the deserts of Orre, and is based off the phrase "Ants in your pants". This gangster ant Pokémon was one of Daiyafia's first ever recruits, with Mozzie distracting the opponent while Syndican'T himself gives them an offer they can't refuse! One fateful day, he was sent by Daiyafia on an assignment to Orre to try and stop the beasts of the Iron Fist Arena from harnessing the power of the Shadow Pokémon, and had not returned since...until now. Strangely, neither he or Mozzie ever remember having been given a mission in the first place. Have the Shadow Pokémon there removed his memory of it? Only time can tell....
Note: This Pokémon is male only.

Metagame Change: Wheel of Recruitment: At the start of each slate, a random rejected Pokémon from ANY of the previous slates is randomly chosen, alongside all of their custom features such as abilities or signature moves. It's owner then gets the chance to submit the chosen Pokémon as a fourth submission, ignoring all other rules. A special invention by Dr. Liberty to turn a controversial feature into a blessing. You ARE safe!

New move: Knuckle Terrain: A Dark-type Status Move with 16 PP. For five turns, or 8 if the user is holding a Terrain Extender, the field is plunged into Knuckle Terrain. In this Terrain, all Diamond Hand members can inflict Critical Hits even if there is an ability that prevents them such as Shell Armor, all Dark-type moves gain +50% power and, if the user moved after the target, lower the target's attack by 1 , and all Punching moves lose 50% power. Terrain Pulse becomes a Dark-type move in this terrain, while Nature Power becomes Dark Pulse. Can be learnt by all Diamond Hand members, and all Pokémon that can learn Velvet Blade.

Submission 1:

1000005380.gif

Pokémon: Shedinja
Typing: Bug/Ghost
Base Stats: 255/10/10/75/135/55
Abilities: Wander Guard/Shed Skin
Movepool: Shedinja's entire natdex movepool + Rage Fist, cuddIe, new universals, - Final Gambit

Weight: 1.2kg
Custom Elements:
(On leaving the battlefield, cures all status conditions and restores 20% of max HP)

Competitive Role: does shedinja-like things and definitely not blissey-like things.

(jokes aside, max hp with high sp def and has access to both toxic and will-o-wisp, along with hex to hit statused targets for somewhat decent damage. also inherits final gambit from shedinja's movepool, which is much better on a 255 base hp mon (perhaps even too good?). unfortunately limited to rest for recovery, hence wander guard's secondary effect of adding somewhat reliable recovery (though deliberately not as good as regenerator's) + the addition of shed skin as an option to make it easier to stay in after healing.)

rage fist is a meme (only becomes a viable option at max power with attack investment)
Flavor / Description: totally normal shedinja :)

Submission 2: Adjustment
Target: Graveyard (move/weather)
Text on set: The dead rose from their graves!
Text on continuation: Zombies roam the battlefield.
Text on damaging a Pokémon: [Pokémon] is attacked by the zombies!
Text on end: The zombies vanished from Ironfistlandia... for now.
Modify move's description to say zombies instead of skeletons.
Otherwise unchanged.

Submission 3: Move
Name: MEGA explosion
Power: 500
Accuracy: 95%
PP: 1
Category: Special
Type: Electric
Effect: User faints. Sets Stealth Rock on both sides of the field (debris from explosion). Sets Electric Terrain for five turns. This move missing or hitting an immunity does not prevent any of its secondary effects.
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Is explosive a flag? Damp prevents this move from being selected.
Pokémon With This Move: Electrode
Justification: maybe mega electrode will be viable now. perchance

Edit 1: Removed Final Gambit from Shedinja
Edit 2: Corrected Graveyard tenses to match other weather conditions
Edit 3: Added Shedinja GIF

77 sin título_20241117170650.png
Name: Fish Marketing 3
Typing: Psychic/Electric
Stats: 90/50/60/125/70/115 (515)
Abilities: buy fish
Movepool: Overdrive, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thundershock, Thunder Wave, Charge, Psychic, Twin Beam, Uproar, Fishing Minigame, Extrasensory, Psyshock, Dream Eater, Psycho Cut, Confusion, Alluring Voice, Make It Rain, Hypnosis, Happy Hour, Leer, Sing, Pay Day, Take Down, Protect, Substitute, Endure, Rest, Sleep Talk, Snore, Trick, Instruct, Big Bash, Fishing Terrain, Water Pulse, Surf
Weight: 0.1kg
Whenever the user deals damage to the opponent, the user's side obtains a fishing token.
Competitive Role: buy fish gives us a offensive fish token producer, which is nice
Flavor / Description: Both the original Fish Marketing, and Fish Marketing 2 weren't approved, so this time i'll make sure it gets approved. the strong message of "buy fish", from Fish Marketing 2, is now amplified by a fish-buying spiral, that focuses the mind of anyone watching our fish commercials into wanting to buy our fish, if this isn't the definitive way of fish marketing, then i dont know what it'll be.

Name: Fish Plate
Power: 20
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 16
Category: Special
Type: Water
Effect: Power rises by +20 for every Fishing Token on your side of the field. Consume one Fishing Token on your side after use.
Flag (ex: Contact, Sound): Fishing
Pokémon With This Move: Swampert, Lemon Fish, McFish, microwave, Dracolition, cowboy_bandido, Electrode, Kingler.
Justification: we are missing some offensive attacks that relate to fishing token usage, so here's a strong one. it's basically stored power but with fishing tokens, and a small negative effect due to fishing tokens not being gone after switching out, unlike boosts, which i think it's cool.

Metagame Change: Wheel of Recruitment: At the start of each slate, a random rejected Pokémon from ANY of the previous slates is randomly chosen to get in anyway. A special invention by Dr. Liberty to turn a controversial feature into a blessing. You ARE safe!
wtf

Name: Splash
Adjustment to Move: Fishing move. If used by Feebas, if there is a fishing token on the user's side of field, the user gets +1 in Atk, Def, SpA, SpD, Spe, & Acc for every 2 Fishing tokens on t eh user's side and all the user's Fishing Tokens are removed from the field. Otherwise, a Fishing Token is added to the user's field.
Description: +6 omniboost on a mon with access to Adaptability and Deez Nuts.

Name: Indeedee
Movepool Changes: +Accelerock, Extreme Speed, Home Run, Jet Punch, -Stored Power
Description: Indeedee + Form of the strawberry elephant + Stored Power. Also gave it a few priority moves because its only good ability is Psychic Surge.

Name: Starmie
Ability Changes: Illuminate now raises the user's Acc by 1 and lowers the opponent's Eva by 2 on switch in.
Stat Changes: 60/85/90/115/110/115 (+0/+10/+5/+15/+0/+0)
Movepool Changes: +Fire Blast, Flamethrower, -Zap Cannon
Description: Starmie sucks. Now it does not. Psychic is a lot better in this meta with resisting Silly and hitting Lemon super effectively.

Name: Lemonganium
Type: Lemon
Abilities: Sour Hour/-/Unaware
Sour Hour: Turns User's Grass-type moves into Lemon-type
Stats: 80/82/100/83/100/80
Movepool: Air Horn, Attract, Bullet Seed, Calm Mind, Dragon Tail, Earth Power, Earthquake, Endure, Energy Ball, Facade, Frenzy Plant, Gender Affirming Care, Giga Drain, Giga Impact, Headbutt, Heal Bell, Helping Hand, Hold Hands, Home Run, Hyper Beam, Hyper Voice, Lemon Acid, Light Screen, Magical Leaf, Outrage, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Power Gem, Protect, Razor Leaf, Reflect, Rest, Seed Bomb, Slack Off, Sleep Talk, Snore, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Stomp, Substitute, Swift, Swift Squirt, Swords Dance, Tackle, Take Down, Tera Blast, Trailblaze, Tri Attack, Vine Whip, Worry Seed, Zen Headbutt + Lemon Bash
Justification: Feebas counter, although Tera Bug does mess this up a bit. Let me know if this is too bulky for Unaware.

Name: Lemon Bash
Type: Lemon
BP: 80
PP: 15 (24)
Acc: 100%
Others: Contact: Yes
Distribution: All Lemon types (Silvally-Lemon, Lemotic, Lime Lips, Zestii, Lemon, Lemon Fish, Hydralemon, Apple's Newest Emoji, Lemonganium)
Justification: Zestii had the only physical Lemon move, this just allows physical oriented Lemon mons to have physical Lemon STAB (namely Lemotic, Lime Lips, and Lemon Fish)

New Pokemon: Carnivine-IF (Iron Fistlandian)
Type:
Fairy.png
1730499506284-png.684023

Abilities: Ghoul Gobbler, What the Sigma
Stats: 99 | 117 | 86 | 84 | 86 | 58 [BST= 530]
Acid Spray, Balatro Blast, Belch, Big Bash, Bite, Bulldoze, Crunch, cuddle, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Double-Edge, Endure, Epic Beam, Fairy Wind, Gender-Affirming Care, Giga Impact, Grass Knot, Graveyard, Growth, Facade, Fire Fang, Fish Eater, Fling, Form of the strawberry elephant, Helping Hand, Hold Hands, Home Run, Hyper Beam, Ice Fang, Jaw Lock, Knock Off, Lethal Hug, Mewing, Payback, Poison Jab, Power Whip, Play Rough, Protect, Rage Powder, Razor Leaf, Rest, Seed Bomb, Shadow Claw, Sleep Talk, Snore, Spirit Break, Spit Up, Splash, Stanky Leg, Stockpile, Stun Spore, Substitute, Sunny Day, Swallow, Take Down, Thief, Thunder Fang, Trailblaze, U-turn, Vine Whip, Wide Guard, Worry Seed
Weight: 35.6 kg
User restores 1/16 max HP from a Dark/Ghost-type Pokemon when either it or the opponent makes contact (does NOT grant immunities). User also restores 1/16 max HP at the end of the turn while Graveyard is active.
Justification: Companion to Sunflora-Grave. Typing and signature ability lets it check Darks and Ghosts that otherwise threaten Sunflora, and it also gets chip heal from the graveyard weather. Outside of this gimmick Carnivine is still a solid choice, given Ghoul Gobbler is applicable outside of Graveyard, as well as its its high base attack, respectable bulk, and sweep potential with Form of the strawberry elephant + Home Run. Accuracy boost from FotSE also makes Play Rough 100% accurate so that's cool. I think Carnivine's sig is generally the better option but What the Sigma is still useable, since it removes a weakness and the mon has a bevy of Grass coverage to threaten fellow Sillies.
Flavor: I think an iron fist pvz arc would be funny, here's chomper

m2L5V7B.png

Adjustment: Nedontrol
Description:
Stats: 126 | 92 | 120 | 52 | 131 | 54 -> 116 | 95 | 115 | 74 | 121 | 54
Movepool: - Super Mushroom
Justification: As playtesters have pointed out, Nedontrol is kinda cracked. This was originally a nerf to its signature move but I misjudged its power as its effect isn't correctly described on the spreadsheet - it's supposed to only crit Lemon-type and Fish mons on top of the burn, not critting any target - so I'm targeting a different aspect of this mon. Nedontrol's base bulk is insane, exacerbated by its ability giving solid chip heal, given you have a hearty supply of Fishing Tokens. Moderately cutting back this bulk should make the mon more managable (Its BST is still 575, to appease Daiyafia). Also why does this get Super Mushroom, that's effed up get that thing away

:sv/komala: :bramblin: :abomasnow:
Adjustment: Bramblin Mentality
Description: In addition to current effect, user gets +1 Attack and Speed if it switches in for a fainted Bramblin or Abomasnow.
Justification: This mon in its current state is basically just vanilla Komala, and vanilla Komala is pretty cheeks in official formats, let alone in a more chaotic one like Iron Fist. Frankly I'm not sure if this change will affect Komala's viability very much, but the free DDance potential will make the mon a more interesting option, in addition to the two mons required to trigger it, which also aren't popular as far as I know. Lastly, it has the funny factor of adding a new archetype to the meta: Democrats

Metagame Change: Teambuilder Splitting
Description: In the teambuilder, Pokemon that are currently proven to be viable through playtesting are labeled as "IF Viable" while Pokemon that are not are labeled as "IF." They will be separated in a similar way as if there are two separate tiers.
Justification: It's been fairly commonly talked about that there's a bit of bloat going on in the meta so here's my idea. If this community's anything like how it was before my activity dipped, there are A LOT of people who learn a meta by sifting through the teambuilder instead of a spreadsheet. I would assume that the big issue with the bloat is that it makes the mod tough to get into so giving those people (and everyone else really) such a clear sense of direction would be a huge way to fix the problem. Honestly I don't know if this is truly the problem people have or not, but it's the only one that I see it causing. Most people have been subbing things to remove The Wheel of Doom and while that much is understandable, it's best that we come up with a longer-term answer for this too.
